“I have ordered a few times from this site. But this last time has made me a person that will never order products from this company again. I have placed an order on Feb 17th 2019. I received 2 items from my order ( 2 pairs of underwear) and not received my bra or tank top that I ordered with it. I have emailed the company 3 times about an update and haven't received any communication back. I spent $121 on product I have not received. Very disgusted how this has been handled. This is not how you treat people that order and expect their product or at least a notification saying they are refunding my money. Never Again!!”

“Horrible Company . Poor customer service. Long wait times. Rude representatives. Order was not received in full - two claimed that partial order was potentially held up by postal service which is absurd. Told that manager would call in 24 hours. Never heard back. Will report company to BBB”

“I was super excited to receive my new bra Glamorise No Bounce. I ordered based on reviews but it runs at least one size small. The bra is extremely uncomfortable, very stiff and doesn't offer the support it claims. I paid shipping & Brayola wants an additional $6 shipping to return it. :( Very very disappointed. I had bought my daughter a beautiful too. Unfortunately, it is see through again not described on the site. Again, Brayols wants $6 return shipping. I paid shipping once.”

“I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered two bras on 02/09/19 (beige and black). Brayola sent the beige bra, but it was not the size I ordered. I have never received the black bra. I am afraid to return the beige bra because I want to make sure the other bra gets shipped. I have sent on-line questions to customer support and received a support ticket confirmation and number. They never followed up on the support ticket. I have called several times and always wait on hold. I am currently on hold and have been for 1 hour and 12 minutes. Brayola is a complete scam!!”

“I would give this site a better review but it's going on 3 weeks since I returned the bra's and I'm still waiting for the refund! The bras I ordered were ok, but they did not stretch at all, they either fit or they don't!”
