Feels like a second skin love the two bras that I purchased will be buying three more . Perfect fit for my plus size.

I purchased a bra in July, but it was immediately put on back order and I received an email telling me it could be up to 4 weeks. I didn't want to wait that long, so emailed the customer service and got a lovely reply. They were so helpful and helped me find an alternate bra (which apparently is very similar to the original one i ordered.) The bra came and I absolutely love it. I haven't been able to find a bra that fits as comfortably as this one. Thank you Brayola. You have a customer for life!

I ordered a bra in July and was told it was on backorder and would arrive in 4 weeks. It is now October, and was again told it was on backorder for 4 weeks. When I gave an unsatisfied review to my customer service person, I was scolded for giving her a bad review due to a company and not a costumer service issue. NOT HAPPY!

Brayola seems to have the largest selections of styles and sizes in bras that I have ever seen. My body shape is not the usual, but Brayola has enough selection for me to find what I need.

I returned 3 bras totaling over $100 via USPS within the time frame outlined in the refund policy. My husband printed a new shipping label at the post office, so I did not have the tracking number; but the original receipt was in the package so they could still figure out who to issue the refund to if they had enough sense. I submitted an inquiry a week ago that is still unanswered, and when I called, I had to wait on hold over 30 minutes to get a representative who was no help at all. Apparently even with the receipt included in the box, they're helpless without a tracking label; although I'm sure my package is sitting on their property and has been opened. Terrible at getting back with customers, and even worse at using their brains to designate returns. Glad I just threw over $100 away. Will be sure to never use this company again.

The bras I ordered were 10.00 a piece and I was charged that but when I received them the tags that were attached said 7.99. That seems a bit dodgy I wasn’t “charged” for shipping but my math says I paid 2.01 each for shipping! Something just isn’t right about this

This bra is wonderful! More support and lift than a padded wire fashion bra, and so comfortable it can be slept in! Normally wear a 34 or 36 G but playtex not available in these sizes. Bra was reasonably priced so decided to try closest size and it works! Will have to take in sides eventually.

I ordered 2 bras that were not what I expected. I returned them in august, they received them on August 30, 2018. Tomorrow has been one month and still no refund. Their website says 14 days however they don't tell you they sit on for another week. I have spoken to several customer service clerks and they are the RUDIST people I have ever spoken to. They will yell at you if you get angry. BE really sure of what you are ordering if you expect customer service or your refund. I was told refund by 9/14 today is 9/17 now they say 3 more day.s. BEWARE BEWARE.

The bra I received did not fit and in my opinion, wasn't made with quality materials. I returned it following all the instructions. I paid a total of $40.70. My refund was $28.71. By the time shipping, tax and the charge for the return label was deducted, I lost $11.99 on this deal. Ladies...don't take the chance that the bra won't fit. Go to Kohls or Macy's and try it on. Their return policy is better too. You won't lose money if you do that.

I order three bras from this site and every one of them is awful. I order the first and it fit. Some what. But wasn't the style and when I went to return said It wasn't eligible for return. (30$ in the trash can) but figured hey I'll try again the back fit. Order two more slightly padded ones and the cups are so large on them it could fit 3 of my boob's in one cup. I thought this was supposed to be an A. Says A on it but is about a C. Just because I'm large doesn't mean my tits are. I need a normal small person A size with a larger back. Impossible to find.

I am very disappointed with this service. I ordered 2 bras back in July. One came right away, the other was on back order. I never received the second bra and I have already had to write to customer service twice inquiring about a refund. It is almost 2 months later and I have not received the bra or the refund.

I like the bra (although it was a Playtex that I could have purchased at Walmart). Didn't get full credit for return. Will not order from Brayola again.
