“I had to send one bra back and you received the return on August 2,2018. I have still not gotten a credit as of August 26,2018. I called on August 20th and they said I would have the credit by the 24th and I do not:rage::rage:”

“I bought several bras on sale and when I needed to exchange them, the only option was to return them. So I contacted customer service, asking them to send the correct size, honoring the sale price. NO ANSWER! I will never buy anything from this company again.”

“I've never been able to find an underwire bra (36DDD) that didn't fit like a girdle or fall down every time I lifted my arms.......Until now!! This Wacoal Halo Lace strapless bra now allows me to wear the trending styles that are popular. It's also not padded and supportive. Don't feel like I'm hanging to my belly button. So glad I came to Brayola to search for bras.”

“Buyer beware! I purchased a bra and ordered the size based on the "Find My Size" link. The bra cup is way too big and not wearable for me. And now I find out it is non-returnable. That's $40+ down the drain. I will have to give it to Goodwill. This is the second time this has happened with Brayola. I will never buy a bra online again from this company.”

“I gained a lot of weight, wore the all spandex type bra. Then I saw an ad for my new bra. Ordered it and I have to say it’s more comfortable and looks better than the old ones. I am thrilled with this bra.”

“Don't try them on! I was accused of wearing a bra when I didn't even remove the tags. I returned several that I didn't like or that didn't fit after just a quick try on. Then I had to call after several weeks to inquire about my refund and was only given a partial refund. They say that I had worn a bra when I never even removed the tags. They have refused my refund even after my dispute. They couldn't even tell me which bra was worn. The second person I spoke to was very short with me. And told me that I left a scent or soil on the bra but couldn't tell me which it was. I don't wear perfume and was not dirty! Not sure I'll do business again!”
