I ordered a bra and underwear over $50 and never had the bra sent to me I called customer service and it was shipped the last thing I needed to know is if someone else toke it.

I received my bra in the mail (1st time ordering) and I honestly expected it not to fit since bra shopping is the single most excruciating type of shopping for me and I usually have to settle for a bra that “mostly kinda” fits. Well, this bra fits perfectly!!! Wow! And it’s so comfortable-another first!!! Thank you!!!

When order was placed the items were in stock. When I did not receive any info or product for three wks was told items had been back ordered. When I received my visa statement the items had already been charged to my account , but the product was still on back order. I called placed on hold then operator came back on line and she had canceled the order and refunded. I assume they do not want my business.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Brayola. Was not allowed to exchange unworn/tags bras for a correct size after going just beyond the return period. It took an extended timeframe for the service dept to reply to my inquiries, and the eventual response was impersonal and robotic. It would have been so easy for them to turn me into a loyal satisfied client, but now I am stuck with two poorly fitting bras.

This bra is really nice, but the back fabric is kind of scratchy. I got used to it, but I’d avoid it if you have sensitive skin. Otherwise I really like it. I’m a 32E and it fits true to size.

Placed order, item back ordered more then once. Waited more then a month; it never arrived. Canceled the order, due to extended wait period. Promised a credit on my card. It's now been approx. 7 weeks.... Still waiting to see a credit show up on cc statement. Have sent email to Braoyla... waiting for reply.

I purchased a bra from this company last October and returned it because the size was so off. I was told I had to pay for shipping back and they would not refund my original shipping. I lost about $13 dollars in the transaction. I bought another bras this past September and again made the mistake of purchasing through Brayola. The same bra and same size I normally get in this bra is was way off again and to small. I again returned it and a few weeks later still did not have my refund. After a month I contacted them and after back and forth with them many times they finally credited my account minus the $12 shipping again. I checked back on my PayPal account from a year ago and realized I never received a refund for the first bra I ordered! This is fraud, taking back a return and never giving people their refund! It happened to me twice, I wonder how many people have not gotten their refunds. Terrible company and terrible return policies. Please do not make the mistake I did twice!

This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I purchased and item that I found for cheaper on other sites SPECIFICALLY because they offered expedited shipping and I needed this strapless bra to go under my wedding dress. I have a fairly large chest and after searching for and finding the perfect piece, I ordered it. I paid for 2-4 day shipping. I ordered on Monday at 9:36am. 2-4 business days should have it arriving between Wednesday and Friday 8pm at latest. Tracking info linked in the confirmation email also said this. Friday at 8:01 I start panicking. I email customer service and get no reply, because of course, it the weekend and Brayola only cares about their customers 5 days of the week during freaking banking hours. I hold onto the hope that maybe the item will deliver in the morning because it's already late, right? Nope. I have to duct tape my bare breasts to keep them up under my wedding dress. It was a humiliating experience, ruined the photos I had planned to take of putting on my wedding dress, and my new husband had to help me remove it. Maybe if they had let me know the package was delayed I would have had time to deliver. When Brayola finally DID email me back, they told me it had delivered Saturday around 3pm (2 hrs after my wedding) and that they "hoped I loved it". Called customer service today because that's what every bride wants to do on her honeymoon. After arguing on the phone for a while, they finally offered to refund the expedited shipping and the item if i returned it and PAID FOR THE SHIPPING??? Seriously, what the hell is wrong with you people? You ruined my wedding experience and you want me to pay for YOUR mistake! And to the lady I spoke with on the phone, I WORK in the shipping/freight department for a multi million dollar company. I know how shipping and business days work. I do NOT appreciate being talked down to and belittled. Seriously do NOT count on this company for expedited items. You can find them cheaper on other sites anyway.

I ordered 2 bras in June. In August I finally was told one was on back order so I requested that they cancel the rest of the order. In October they sent and charged me for 2 bras that I hadn’t even ordered. Emailed them and a week later they apologized for taking so long to get back to me and told me I could return them which is costing $12.00 to return. So I’m out at least $12.00 for their mistake. Never ordering again.

I recently purchased a bra from this company. After wearing the bra only a handful of times, the underwire came out and kept poking me in my underarm. When I called customer service to get a refund I was told I could not get a refund because I had worn the bra. Of course, I wore the bra! If I hadn’t worn the bra, the underwire wouldn’t have come out of it! And to top it all off, the person on the phone had the nerve to get an attitude with me! If you choose to do business with this company, be prepared to receive shoddy merchandise that they won’t provide refunds for when they become defective after only a short period of time!

Ordered hundreds of $$ worth of product and I agree that when things go well, there are no issues. If they are questioned or perceive any negative feedback whatsoever, things turn ugly. These ladies need to be trained in customer service, problem solving skills and helping the people who support their business. The errors made by order entry, shipping charges etc. are "smoothed over" stating policy. Lots of insincere apologies after a 28 minute hold time. Really wrong to treat customers with such disdain. It is all in the training. Brayola has a lot to learn here. Will never recommend this half baked company to anyone.

I have bought several bras from this company and in the past have been satisfied. However, I ordered a bra recently and received an email saying it was on back order up to four weeks. I waited four weeks and then called customer service and was told they still didn’t have the bra in my color and could cancel the order. I asked if they had. It in a different color-they did. OK can you just send me one in that color? No, we only have a few and someone may order them while we’re talking. Huh! OK but I paid for the bra a month ago shouldn’t I come first? Apparently not as they wouldn’t send me the different color. So I cancelled the order, went on amazon and ordered and received the original color bra in a few days! Needless to say brayola has lost me as a customer.

I saw add on Facebook so I ordered. Then I ordered a 2nd time to purchase more. Was in desperate need ‘decent’ bras. I cleaned and tossed all the old crappy bras and replenished with the new ones. LOVE THEM ALL. They fit and are very comfortable! Process was easy and received my purchases in a few days. I would definately recommend!

Ordered online on 10/2. On 10/12 and 10/15 asked for status email sent to me saying ticket opened with no feedback. Finally I called on 10/16. There was an issue with processing and they cancelled order at my request and will issue refund. If I had not contacted them after 2 weeks I would still be waiting not knowing they had a problem. Lousy way to do business. Will never use them again. Way too much competition to put up with this.

I returned merchandise in Sept. and received notice that the items were received by Brayola on Sept. 24th and Sept. 26th. I have yet to received a credit for my return. I sent a follow up email and got a reply that a ticket had been created. Still no credit for my return. Unfortunately, I placed another order and only received two of the 4 items, even though the message said the entire order had been shipped. Horrible customer service, I won't be ordering through this company again.

They are great until they make a mistake. Several items I ordered were not in stock they billed me anyway, nothing they sent fit, although my size hasn't changed. sent it back and only received a partial refund with no explanation. This was in August, it's now mid October, I'm still trying to get my approximately $420. I wouldn't recommend using this company.
