“I’ve been trying to return an item that doesn’t fit, and I can’t get your return label to print. I’ve been contacting your company for past few days and am getting nowhere!!!!! Then I read reviews where other people have same problem!!! Don’t say due to Covid. I’ve returned other things to other companies with no problem!!!!”

“Not sure about your product but I know your customer service is not good! I returned a bra that I ordered because it didn’t fit. I had to wait almost 3 weeks for a partial refund. My inquiry regarding the missing funds were never answered and I will never order your product again. It cost me $12!”

“I already submitted a review previously where I stated that the band on the bra was not for a size 44, it would not stretch that much. My husband built a "stretcher" for it and I can use it now but not for all day. I contacted Brayola asking for a partial refund of the price because of the trouble my husband and I went through to make it usable. Brayola stated that they do not give refunds unless the items are returned to them.”
