The bra was good quality but went by measurements and when received and tried on, the bra was to big. It was even to big for my daughter whose bigger than me. Then tried to return and couldn't. U say fast and easy return and that's a lie. Don't appreciate that!!!🤬

The bra's I received, were not the ones pictured. They had a bit of padding to them, these do not. I like a bit of padding because to me it gives a more rounded, normal look. I am returning them, & am hoping they can be replaced with bra's that have a bit of padding to them.

First I never received a confirmation to my original order and waited several weeks after 2-3 repeated attempts to find out what happened to my order, than when it final arrives late, The front bra closures don’t stay closed and the full brief undies I ordered 1 size up was 3 sizes too small & not full brief!

Hi Joan, The Exquisite Form Fully was shipped separately and per an online trace it is out for delivery today. We apologize for the delay with the delivery for your order and understand your frustration. USPS is experiencing delays almost everywhere right now. Some packages are taking longer than normal. I waited for more than a month to receive 2 bras I ordered before finally getting a message that the USP "lost" my package. I was offered a refund which I received promptly but I would rather have had the bras. The final result is losing a customer. That's it, that's all.

I bought 2 bras. The band rolled up the minute I put it on. I couldn't return them because they were going to charge postage and I would only have saved $1 if I did send them back. Postage was too high coming and going.

As with any company we do not refund for original shipping charges (which if the order was under $75, would be $5.99, anything over $75 we offer free shipping!). I have had to donate the products I purchased for those less fortunate. I purchased them on sale and of course they aren’t returnable. Unfortunately but one wasn’t the sized too small and the other not what i ordered from the description.

I ordered the correct size but the cups puckered and the band was too small. I requested a refund and mailed the bra back but have not received a refund!! I am NOT happy!
