“I would give a 0 if I could! I have two bras that do not fit and have been told through email that I can’t exchange or refund. This was not made clear during the ordering process. Do not order from them!!!”

“Really hard to find a front closure in larger sizes. This one fits great and is very comfortable. It is reasonably priced as well.”

“I ordered 2 bras and need to return because of size. You can’t reach them to ask about how to make a return and the email they provide online is not valid! Don’t use Brayola!!!”

“I ordered from Brayola and 2018 and was happy with the bras. I just ordered a bra last week and it is horrble. When I clicked on how to contact them I got an email address that bounces. I guess I have a $50 bra that I can't wear. Fraud!!!”

“This bra is ok. Runs a bit small. I normally wear a 46H I ordered a 48 H and it’s a bit snug. I haven’t wore it yet, just tried it on.”

“I ordered 2 bras in december 2019 and as of today 2/4 - nothing ~ I am unable to contact anyone - please google Brayola and see what people are saying ~ I gave it one star and that because I couldnt go any further .. Bad business practice.”

“Please read this reviews first before you go to there website. They are only posting past reviews from 2019. I myself ordered from them back in November 2019. I only received one of the bras was not what I ordered. I never received my second bra. I called spoke to Robin and said they were on back order and that I should receive it in a couple of weeks, again never received it. I called again no answer, emailed and no response. Well it's February 2020 still haven't heard from them. Again read people's reviews before you order from this company.”

“Please read other web reviews about this company. I myself ordered from this company along with other customers. I ordered from them in November 2019 here it is February 2020 I only received one bra never received the other one. I called spoke to Robin she said there was back order. I emailed again they said they were working on it. I emailed them again and never received a response. Don't buy from this company they take your money and never receive your items!!!!!”

“I have been trying to return my order that I never actually received for more than 2 months now. I have called and emailed ever week since November 2019 with no response. Terrible customer service. Would NEVER recommend to anyone.”

“I was charged for a Bra I never recieved. I have emailed and called. Waited on hold for 1 hour and never had anyone answer the phone. This fells like fraud.”
