“I've ordered from Brayola before and had no problems. I received my items as promised. However, something doesn't feel right about this purchase. I ordered a Maidenform firm control body briefer on 12/30/19. As of today, 01/20/20 I have not received my package. I tried calling and was left on hold for over 30 minutes listening to music and a voice saying, "Please hold, we'll be with you". I trusted them for the same service I received earlier. I'm disappointed;but know this I'm a child of the "King" and no weapons formed against me shall prosper. I don't have any photos, but I do have email messages.”

“I have not received my refund, have been on hold for over 30 minutes for returns, have emailed support but no one answers my email. I want my money back.”

“I purchased several bras from this company and returned them per their return instructions. I had confirmation that my return was received back in August. I noticed I hadn’t received my refund in December, and called to find out why. I was told there was a glitch in their system with their refunds and they offered me store credit. I really just wanted my money back, because I had ordered 8 bras and was returning 6. It’s mid-January and I have yet to receive my refund. I called and sat on hold during their posted business hours for 37 minutes before hanging up. I ended up filing a dispute with PayPal. I hope I get my money back.”

“I placed an order with this company over three weeks ago and paid for 5-9 day shipping and I have not heard a word from this company about my order!! They certainly took the money immediately! Apparently they are weaving the cloth this bra is made from. I am not convinced they are a legitimate company!”

“Something is very wrong with this company! After waiting 3 weeks for my order I called and found out my bras were out of stock. I was told my card would be credited in 3 days. I have yet to see a credit after 10 days. I have called and called and no one will answer the phone or my emails. I have filed a complaint with BBB and now I must wait. Do not order from this company! I will have to contact my credit card now and see if I can get my $102.”

“I ordered 2 bras 15 days ago and have not received them. I attempted to email the company with no response. I, currently, am on hold for over one hour. No one has even answered the phone. Straight to eternal hold. I have tried to call several times, choosing several options!! Same result. They charged my credit card and took my money but will not respond to my inquiries, and I have no product! CROOKS!!!”

“Something is up with this company. I've ordered from Brayola before and have been happy. On Jan. 1, I ordered four bras. The order total was $77.92. I called last week to ask why my order had not been shipped. I was told that the ware house was closed the previous week but it was open and I would be notified when my order shipped. I've called again today and waited on hold for almost 30 minutes before giving up. I would bet that I am out $77.92. I'd like some answers. Do not order from this company.”

“company owes me $36 still have not got my money back. they received it on 10/24/19 it is now 1/14/2020 and i have called them 2 times waited over a 1/2 hour and no one answered. I liked the bra but it did not fit right. don't do business with these people i'm still waiting for my return money I have a print out of the transaction of the return but still can't get it”

“I ordered a bra in Nov. 2019 and it was not what I wanted. I called on Nov. 26 for a return label and sent the bra back to Brayola. I have called 2 times and email Brayola about my refund to my card and it is now Nov. 14 and it still has not been refunded. I called this morning and was on hold for 1 hour and no one answered. I would not buy anything from this company.”

“The bra I ordered didn’t fit so I returned it. I never got my refund. I ordered in November received it in the first part of December. I sent it back but was never given a refund. I called Brayola and was told that they had an issue with their refund system!!!! I told them I’d check back in a couple weeks. So I’ve been trying to contact them and now no one answers.”
