I returned merchandise October 16, 2019 and still have not gotten my refund. So many excuses. Not acceptable. Very unprofessional.

If I could give Brayola ZERO stars I would! Ordered a bra that didn't fit and immediately returned it. Kept checking on refund status only to be told they had a "problem" with their system and that the financial people were taking a look at it. This has been 2 months ago. According to news reports they are being sued by several and are tanking fast. Believe all the reviews you see here. This company is a total sham and needs to be stopped. I ended up filing a Paypal claim and Brayola never responded. Got my money back.

I have been waiting for a refund since December 3rd, 2019. Here is the response from customer service. Thank you for contacting Brayola today. I am very sorry but at this moment we are unable to process any refunds due to a court order that has been filed and we are legally not able to refund until this has been closed. We will have more information within the next few weeks regarding this issue. We are very sorry for the inconveince this has caused you. I ordered a bra on Nov 3, 2019. I tried it on once and sent it back the next day, as it didn't fit true to the size it said. I never got a refund. I called today and they said because of the "condition" they received it in, they could not issue me a refund. What a scam! I sent it back exactly as it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I sent 3 bras back in November 2019 and haven’t received my refund. I contacted Brayola through email and never received a response.

P.S. I should add that when I called Brayola on Dec. 20, 2019 I was told they had not received my return but that was not true because I had proof with my tracking number. She had to back track. When I was told today (Jan. 3, 2020) that there is a computer glitch and they have no idea when it will be resolved...that is obviously not true either. When companies lie...that is really bad. I will be calling my credit card back and will be asking for a chargeback as I have all the documents needed.

I ordered 5 bras on October 24, 2019. I needed to return the bras as they were too big. The bras arrived at back at their facility on Nov. 12, 2019 which I followed with my USPS tracking number. I waited until Dec. 20, 2019 to call to complain I had not received my refund of $244.99. I was told that I'd get the refund within 72 hours. I called back today, January 3, 2019 and was told that there is a computer glitch and they have no idea when the problem will be resolved. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE: This company is a total scam or in serious financial trouble. Ordered a sports bra in October, returned immediately, still no refund. Just spoke with Robin in Customer Service who told me there is a "computer glitch" that is affecting "some" customers. Usually refunds are issued automatically, but this particular glitch is preventing both automatic AND manual refunds so they can only issue a store credit. I asked how long the issue had been going on and she said almost a month. Asked when the issue will be fixed, she has no idea. Asked to speak to a Supervisor, put me on hold, then said Sowdha would call me back within 24 hours because she had to "investigate" the circumstances. There is no way a legitimate company would think it's acceptable to keep taking orders, knowing they don't have a mechanism to issue refunds according to their policy. Word of advice - WRITE A CHECK.

I bought a brayola bra and 2 felina.. the felinas are going strong and i wear them way more often. the front close brayola popped both wires within 3 months. it became uncomfortable to wear without actually removing them which makes the bra not so good anymore. it was a front close back racer back which i thought would hold up better. and it has only been gentle washed / bag hand washed

I placed order and a month later still nothing, after several emails were not responded to, I called and was told wsrehouse was having shipping issues but I could order something different. I only found 1 item I liked and the bras I could choose from were by their choice of bras. I ask for refund and was told they could not issue a refund because they were in trouble for refunds issued. Sounds like a SCAM business. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU give them a F with much of the same complaints. Lesson learned.

Never received my order but was billed. Originally offered to refund to my credit card. Then they rescinded that offer and want to give me store credit. I don’t want a store credit, they couldn’t deliver the product to begin with.

I had to give this 1 star because there isn’t the option for zero stars. My order came quickly, they charged my card immediately and then when the crap bras arrived they were poor quality and I’ll fitting. I returned them within 2 days of receiving them, heard nothing from Brayola about my return being received, so I called and sent an email. The person I spoke with said, yes, they had received my return, but that it could take 30 days to receive my refund. The email they sent said 10-20 days. It has been 30 days since I sent the bras back, 27 days since they said they received them and I have yet to even receive an actual email confirmation that the bras were received. Which is what the initial return email said I would get. I find it interesting that they aren’t too busy to charge me card, but 30 days later I am still waiting on a refund. Oh and I should note that you get charged $6.00 to return your merchandise. That’s an interesting little tidbit that is well hidden UNTIL after your order and need to return something. Yeah, don’t order bras online and I would avoid Brayola. Disappointing!

I strongly recommend NOT buying from this company. I bought a sports bra, according to their sizing chart, it was at least 3 sizes too small. When I went through the "easy" online return process, I requested the refund to be credited back to my card. After hitting Submit, I noticed it automatically defaulted to issuing a store credit. Called customer support, they're charging me $6 to send it back. Never again, I hope this company goes out of business for treating customers likes this. Go look at all their negative reviews on Google.
