“In my view this is a criminal outfit aiming to intentionally defraud. I was unable to cancel the item, was then sent a bogus package that was not what we ordered. I am sure this will be stated as 'by accident'. Never buy from this company.”

“I ordered the lace front closure bra which appeared lovely on FB. However I should have read reviews before I ordered it. The darts in the front create a line and and do not lie flat and it is not comfortable at all. I returned the bra immediately and still have no refund. Not happy with this company.”

“This company is criminal with returns!!! I ordered 3 bras and 2 did not fit.One was damaged and the other 2 did not fit. 2 of the bras arrived with no original tags. When I returned the ones that did not fit, which was never warn because it was so small I could not even put it on they said I returned it in less than pristine condition and kept some of my monies. This company is a liar and terrible!!! What they do is criminal. Buyer beware!!! I returned the bra in the same condition it arrived.”

“RIP OFF-I called and cancelled 2 orders over 200.00 in bras and they sent it anyway. Refused to refund my money back. As a matter of fact they charged my credit card twice for the same item. DO NOT purchase anything from these people-they are rude and very unprofessional.”

“This is my second review. Although my first was verified, it did not appear here, so I am reposting to warn people. I ordered two bras, neither fit. I tried to return them, but their system told me my order number was not recognized. Could not get a human on the phone. What a ripoff.”

“I bought a front closer razor back bra a month ago and have already had to sew the wires in to keep them from poking me in the arm pits and now there is a broken wire poking me in the side. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!! At $40 they should last more than a month!”

“I ordered from Brayola only because a friend told me she had used the site. They acknowledged my order, charged my credit card, and then I heard nothing more from them. After a week I called and they said the color I ordered was out of stock. They offered a different color, which I okayed and they shipped. I was very dissatisfied with the product, but that's not Brayola's fault. Given the issues others have had with returns, I'm not going through the hassle to try to send it back. My impression is this is a poorly managed company, maybe not deliberate scammers. But I would never buy from them again.”

“I’ve never ordered from Brayola. I was going to but I read these reviews first and there’s no way I would order from them unless they were the last bra company on this earth. C’mon! Seriously get your act together, get your customer service together and figure out how to run a company. Good-bye.”

“i WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, I ORDERED 2 ITEMS AND WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THEY WERE TO SMALL, I WANTED TO RETURN THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE NON RETURNABLE. SO NOW I AM OUT $63.00. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.”

“Worst customer service ever!!! Item was worn only for 30 seconds if that because it didn’t fit. They are claiming it did not pass the return inspection!! Issued a store credit as if I would purchase anything from them again!! Poor service!!! Do not buy anything from this company, huge rip off”

“I recently requested to return a bra that is extremely uncomfortable and was advised I cannot return it because it was on sale when I made my purchase. In today's competitive shopping environment (on-line and in-store) I was taken back by this policy. So, I will no longer be purchasing anything from Brayola and I would advise all consumers to be leery of their policies!”

“My purchase was made for my daughter after breast reduction surgery. We had looked all over for a bra without underwire that would provide the support and coverage she needed. This bra fit all our criteria! Will be ordering another soon.”

“I have purchased 3! This first one I LOVED so I immediately ordered 2 more. Well, by the time my 2 additional ones arrived the wire had come out of the first one (worn only 2 times). I contacted Brayola, they sent me a label to return the bra for replacement. I did that the very next day. Took pics of the package bra with THEIR label. Now they tell me they never received it. Well, when I got the other 2 I had purchased......the same thing. Good for about 3-4 wearings then the wire pokes the fire out of you under the arm or between boobs. SO NOW they say they will not do anything because it is over the month of purchase however, I have been emailing and calling them once a week since. In my opinion........THESE BRAS DO NOT HOLD UP AND BRAYOLA DOES NOT HOLD UP TO THEIR WORKMANSHIP OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.”
