I ordered 3 bras and only got 2, they never contacted me to tell me it was discontinued! I called them a few days after I got the 2 bras. One of the bras fit well, but after wearing it for an hour, dug into my skin between my boobs (it was a front closed bra). They would not take the return in any form. Will stick to actual stores from now on, can't trust internet stores!

I ordered 3 bras. They came in separate packages, and not one fit. I ordered the size I always wear. I’ll be returning all of them.

I ordered a bra from Brayola. It came after a long shipping time. It was WAY too small. I sent it back. My total for the bra was $43.00 and my refund is $18.00. ????? This is wrong on so many levels. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Thank you for your review, however the reason you were not refunded the full amount of $43.07 is because you purchased two items. One was a bra and the other was a Just My Size Short-Sleeve Slub-Jersey Women's Tunic with Split V-Neck Crochet Bib Yoke OJ248. We did not received this. We also don't refund the original shipping fee, and if you used our return label there is a $6 fee. Therefore you were only refunded for the bra. I really hope this clears things up. I have large breast and have had so much trouble finding a strapless bra that didn't hurt or even fit. This Bandeau bra is so great! Actually fits, extreamly comfortable and gives support. The support is light but great for under a strapless dress or shirt. I'm super happy with this product and will definitely be back for more.

I ordered a bra on 8/2/19. On 8/3 I rec'd an e-mail that the product was on back-order and it would be 4-6 weeks. It instructed me to e-mail or call if I wanted to cancel. On 8/4, I e-mailed. Being that it was a Sunday, I assume they rec'd the e-mail on Monday. Did not hear a word. So on or about the 8th, I called. I was informed that the product had shipped although they couldn't tell me when but that I should receive it by the 15th. Today is the 15th, I called and they informed me the product had shipped on the 5th and I should receive it by tomorrow, 8/16. Tonight I rec'd an e-mail informing me that my product had shipped TODAY! I have no idea if I like the bra or not as it is somewhere other than here. What I don't like are the lies they told me. Even if I love the bra, I will not be doing business with this company again.

You are a bunch of crooks. From not issuing refund for ‘months to telling me something is out of stock so I told you to cancel it and then you shipped it anyway. I will never purchase from you again. Also, being impossible to reach on the phone only to finally get someone in another country that has no clue as to what’s going on.

looking to change styles of bra. The one they sent was uncomfortable. They would not accept return without charging me another $6.00 and paying $6.00 for shipping. Any bra you buy from them has no customer service. I ended up pay $42.00 for a $30. because it didn't fit! There are plenty of other online vendors who don't do this. Do not buy from these shysters.

I purchased 2 items. I received one, they charged me for both. The second item I ended up cancelling becasue they took so long trying to figure out why I got an email that said it shipped and another that said it was backorderd. The item I received, I opened and returned it. It was never worn, but they refused to give me a full refund (minus $6 shipping). I returned within 4 days and they said they'd give me a gift card. Their own policy states that only happens after 30 days. One star is too many

Ok ladies. This vent is for you. DONT, for any reason purchase anything from the Company name Brayola!!! I made a purchase 3 months ago. Didnt fit. I sent the two purchases back. When I asked them, where my refund was..... 97.86. They informed me that it didnt pass the return policy. Because I tried 1 on. .... but they would give me a 42.95 credit. I informed them I didnt want to make another purchase. I just wanted my money back. SO, I'm just trying to vent. And warn.

Returned bra still no refund. Well over the 21 day timeline. Will never order from this company again. Bra was hard and scratchy and did not fit.
