I ordered bras in July. They kept telling me it would be in by August. As of September they said that they could not fulfill my order. Mind you, I had to contact them on several occasions. They are extremely dishonest!!! I will never order from them!!!!! Let’s see if I get my money back. If I could I would give them a minus 10.

I have never ordered from Brayola before until I was looking for a strapless bra in a women's size. I received the bra, tried it on, but the cups were too large. I followed the instructions from the email I received on how to return the bra for a refund less the $6 that is charged. It has been 30 days and I had heard a word back from Brayola after mailing the bra back on 8/9/19. I called today, and although the young lady I spoke to was very nice, she reported to me that the bra was not returned in re-saleable condition. Never took any tags off bra or the straps that come with the bra if you need to attach later and put it back in the same bag it came in taped closed. She could give me no reason why it was not re-saleable. So now instead of a refund, I get a credit on my account. What else they have to offer, I can purchase here at home without shipping and handling charges. A total RIP OFF!

I only shop at Brayola because I hate to try on bras in department stores and nowhere else seems to have such a great variety in my size. Shipping is speedy and returns are hassle free.

I purchased two 38DD front closure #1265 bras in September. Just ordered two more. I have never had a bra this comfortable and well fitting as these. I sometimes forget I have a bra on and that is the best compliment woman can give.

Brayola - Never again! Put in an order and I received an email saying the product was on back order and they gave me the option to cancel. I canceled it. Next day the product shows up. They tried to charge me for return shipping. I Fought it and then they held $11.95 from me instead of $6!! I made the mistake of ordering a different style that fit horribly. I sent it back and when I emailed about my refund, they told me 21 days! My reply to them was that they could take my money in 15 seconds but, 21 days to return it? Within 2 minutes my money was refunded! In sure that they were hoping that three weeks was long enough to make me forget about my refund. Crooks!

Ordered one bra and got it when I should have and loved it. Ordered three more.. almost two months later NO BRA and NO REFUND although I asked for one 4 weeks ago. They are telling me that they have to get money from a vendor before they can pay me although I clearly paid them. I was told that they have no idea when I would be getting my merchandise or money. Won't order anything from them again.

I've had a great experience with Brayola, my only complaint is the refund policy. Luckily I've only had to return one bra.

I cannot stress enough; Do not shop at @Brayola! Let them go out of business. Not only do they sell defective products, they also charge for returns, do not honor returns, nor do they communicate with their customers. I returned two bras that were not true to size. I expected to exchange them for another size but found out I would not be getting a full refund. I got my refund for one of the bra's, I did not get a full refund, I reluctantly accepted the lesser refund knowing I would never shop there again. The second one they had determined to be "less than pristine" I did not get an email, or any other form of communication saying my return was declined. They did not offer to send it back to me, since I had paid for it, technically it was still mine if they weren't going to accept the return, but I got nothing. I tried both bras on at the same time, one after the other, yet they say one of them (the first one I tried on) was returned dirty. I did get my 'partial' refund, but not until I threatened to report them to the BBB. I have one other bra that is not true to size. It cost almost 50 bucks. I can't return it, so now I'm stuck with it. DO NOT SHOP WITH BRAYOLA they do bad business!

I hadn’t received a shipping notification after ordering my “t-shirt bra, so I emailed Braylon and received a response within 4 min. I was told it was shipped an whalla, just received it. One of the most comfortable bra’s I’ I’ve ever owned....wearing it now. I will be ordering from again. I read all the reviews and thought I’d take a shot....and happy I did, thank you.

I bought two bras on line. As everyone knows, sometimes a bra just isn't right even though it, in theory should fit. I ventured out into two brands I had not worn before, big mistake. Neither fit very well. When I went to return them, and neither had been marked as "final sale" I got a message saying my purchase was not eligible for return or could not be found. WTF? I tried entering it a million different ways. You can't sell bras on line and expect people are not going to need to return them! This is bull. If you know in advance the bra, go for it, but don't expect to try anything new on this site or you are going to get stuck by these people, if it doesn't fit. Very very unhappy. Their perfect fit bra system is crap.

I am very pleased with the Ultimate Full Figure Sports Bra. I purchased 3 and find them to be comfortable and very supportive. I will purchase more when a variety of different colors are made available.

I ordered a strapless bra WEEKS ago. I never received it. When I got an email asking "How did I like my bra" I called customer service and was told my bra was out of stock. I never received any email informing me of this. The customer service rep offered me another color, which I did accept, and was able to have my shipping costs refunded. STILL waiting on my bra, I then see the NEW one I opted for was also unavailable and I was refunded my money. Still no bra. Horrible communication, horrible customer service. I will never try ordering from you again.
