“My wife and I bought a new Volvo XC40 today and I was surprised with the experience. I'm a pretty old guy and have been through car buying for a long time. The sales associate, Eric Butler, was courteous, helpful, and professional. We visited twice and he helped us pick out the specific vehicle we were thinking about. He showed us several models that best met our wants. Once we picked one, he walked through the paperwork and was very patient with our questions. I thought the price was very fair with minimal haggling and they gave me what I thought was an exceptional trade-in allowance on the old car. You know you always need to go through the "finance team" to review the extra stuff the dealer wants to sell you. But the person we dealt with, whose name I have lost, was not hard sell and accepted that we did not want any extras. I have purchased a lot of cars over my life and this was the least stressful process that I have experienced. The dealer and especially this sales associate, Eric, are really good.”
