“My recent experiences with car servicing were subpar. I had to bring my car in twice within as many weeks due to recurrent problems with the engine light coming on despite servicing. A loaner car was unavailable the 1st time I brought in my car. The 2nd time I took my car in (for the same problem), the loaner vehicle trunk/latch was not working and the loaner car had a musty, unpleasant odor.”

“This was my first service experience with my new Volvo. We purchased additional insurance for dent removal and wheel damage. I told the person who made the appointment it was my first service experience and that I wanted to get a dent removed From a door and a curb scrape addressed on one wheel. When I arrived for my service, I learned I had to initiate a claim to have those issues addressed. Granted I could have reviewed the paperwork to determine that myself, but a simple question like “have you already filed a claim to have that work done?” would have caused me to take necessary steps. That’s what the service tech did when I arrived, and I learned at that point I wouldn’t be able to get everything done I expected to. Also, I understood you all would wash and vacuum my car - it was washed, but not vacuumed.”

“Had my car less than a month before it cutoff and would NOT start. Mechanic checked and there were no fluids in the car. No oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid etc. Could have been much worse mechanically.”
