“All good but having option to pick up the order for Waikato customers would be great. I fully understand that you are an internet shop, but you do have an office and workshop in Te Rapa. Paying $ 12 for delivery when I can simply pick it up myself is a bit overkill. Somehow all major shops have option to buy online and pick up in store.”

“Purchased products (hardware) prior to Christmas and these were dispatched at the next working day after holidays. Had to follow up with the freight forwarding company but everyone tried their very best to get my products ASAP. To the point where a guy broke down the pallet and drove the products to my house rather than wait another day for courier. Post follow up conversations with brewshop staff were really polite and helpful”
