“Brewing ingredients should be labelled with country of origin. Highly disappointed to receive Chinese dried malt extract in my recent order. Brewshop website image shows different packaging that does not include this information.”

“Got the wort pack. Thought the taste very average and "home brewy". Not great when price is comparable to commercial beer. Also there are zero instructions about how to brew from wort apart from "just add water and yeast". No idea on brew temp, whether to expect sediment etc. Bit disappointing.”

“Paperwork was all good with the correct delivery address (Facteon 50 Allens Road East Tamaki) When the someone booked the courier it was booked for 50 Allenby Road Papatoetoe (Incorrect address) so therefore I had to get the package readdressed before it could be delivered resulting in a 3 day delay”

“The order was spot on from Brewshop ease of use, great price and availability, Unfortunately I haven’t received my order, ordered on 16/3/2025 and I’m writing this review 26/3/2025 and it was for overnight delivery, I understand it’s not Brewshops fault at all. Just letting you know. Cheers”

“Not your fault really but you need to review which courier company that you use. Over a week from Hamilton to Auckland is ridiculous and it still hasn't arrived.”

“I purchased some packs of the High Gravity wort, hoping to make a simple, but nice brew without much time available. Was disappointed for the packs to arrive without any insulation or cold pack – with a product that is recommended to be kept cold I assumed this would have been included. I think the transport affected the end result, which was poor.”
