“Not your guys fault, but courier delays… Shipped on 17th March but still waiting on delivery. Hopefully will arrive tomorrow on the 27th. I think tracking says it’s on board with courier since 23rd. Out of the ordinary as usually shipping is top notch, receiving next day or three at the most.”

“Sorry Guys, bought scales as counting scales, but they dont count , they are pricing scales. Not necessarily Brewshops fault, google searched just not enough info. Will use them for my brewing though 40 kg limit, should make it easy to tell when my kegs full when kegging.”

“When I received my order I found some items had not been shipped even though they had been ticked off on the packing list. I immediately e-mailed The Brewshop and after two days when I had not had a response I e-mailed them again. The missing items were dispatched that day. This is the second time my order has been shipped incomplete.”

“Fast shipping and good prices however I bought 3 brewing bucket sets and 1 of the lids had a hole that was too big, basically making the airlock useless unless I patch it up myself somehow”

“The products are great and reasonable value, but the shipping is consistantly aweful. If you place an order on Monday, you will be lucky to receive your order by the weekend.”

“Over all there is not too much to complain about. I buy most of my equipment and ingredients from Brewshop due to convenience and good range of products. Often ingredienrs or equipment are not in stock which is pretty annoying. Some of the freight calculations seem inacurate. I was going to buy some beer line and duotight connectors, but the freight was something like 12 0r 15 dollars. Usually a few bags of hops are cheaper to ship, and far heavier.”
