“Didn't have 90% of what I wanted in stock”

“Bought enough equipment to set up my own kegerator however the gas regulator had a slow leak and my entire gas bottle was empty before I realized. Brewshop requested I send it back for it to get tested however they are still getting it tested over 4 weeks later.”

“I ordered x5 100g packets of Krush hops, Gav Stiffed me, only got one packet. To be fair, I got the other 4 packets 3 days later, just in time for my brew day so all was good. Needed x3 of for a decent dry hop. One wouldn't cut it. Gav did apologise. Cheers Brewshop for putting it right.”

“I ordered malts hops and yeast 8 days ago, and still haven't received it. I can only assume both hops and yeast will be degraded by high temperature exposures at this point. The company is based in Hamilton....I live in Hamilton. Frustrated.”
