“Great shop. I'm glad they are in business with so many others going out of it. But as a web only business they rely heavily on the barely funcioning Courriers in NZ. I'd say 90% of the time, Post Haste screws up my delivery. I eventually get it but it's late and always requires extra effort on my part. I no longer consider liquid yeast.”

“I ordered three beer filtering systems. I received prompt tracking information and they arrived quickly. I found them to be of good quality and exactly what I had ordered. Each filter comes with 2m of hose but Brewshop sent the hose in one 6m length as I had requested by email earlier. Thanks for that Brewshop. Much appreciated! Unfortunately one of the systems arrived with the clear filter housing broken. There was no apparent damage to the main carton but there was damage to the individual box that contained the filter system. This leads me to believe that the item was possibly broken before it was placed in the shipping carton. I can not be sure of this however. Upon notifying Brewshop of the damaged item in writing and with photographs they quickly sent me a replacement housing. I was a little disappointed to find a broken item in my shipment however Brewshop rectified the problem promptly and with no fuss. I will definitely purchase from Brewshop again and recommend them to anyone reading this review. Cheers Muzz”

“Always packed well and a crisp response. Makes my brewing easy. Many Thanks guys. However in this order I had ordered 4 x S/S clamps, but only two arrived. Perhaps on my next order you could put these 2 clamps in for me.?”

“I truly would rate higher except they seem to be constantly out of stock on key items which is frustrating because i would rather just get it all from here (within reason lol) than having to go to different stores. Yes being lazy is part of it :) but I know Brewshop will help in any way they can and more importantly they ship your order promptly!”

“Good products. 1 item was delivered missing a small part but I had a make-do replacement on hand so saved the brewday. Courier particularly slow which soured the experience a little. Good, prompt, friendly response from brewshop staff when contacted about it. Would shop again no problem.”

“I am finding stock issues a problem have been waiting around 7 months for a replacement glycol pump and last 5 orders have fallen short due to lack of stock also post haste takes two extra day to deliver to raglan”

“All good but having option to pick up the order for Waikato customers would be great. I fully understand that you are an internet shop, but you do have an office and workshop in Te Rapa. Paying $ 12 for delivery when I can simply pick it up myself is a bit overkill. Somehow all major shops have option to buy online and pick up in store.”
