“I was very disappointed with this purchase. The lenses had a stain that couldn’t be removed, and the printed text on the temple was blurry—unlike what you’d expect from a premium brand. It felt like I received a discounted item because it was a defect.
After emailing customer service, I followed all their instructions and provided several photos. However, I was then told I needed to return the sunglasses for inspection. When I asked if there was a store in Sydney I could visit instead, they said no.
The entire after-sales process was frustrating and time-consuming. Receiving a faulty item right after purchase and going through all this trouble was really not a pleasant experience”
