On the occasions I have been into the Bright Eyes shop, the ladies have always been very helpful. I would buy from there again when I next go to Townsville.

This is now my second purchase of sunglasses, and one repair from BrightEyes, the staff are excellent, friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend them. Very happy with their service

My question is if you purchase a product that is on sale which states it is on your website but is not displayed in-store as being on sale, does it flag up on your P.O.S that the product is on sale???

Hi Frank I just wanted to clarify that our online store operates as a separate identity from our physical BrightEyes stores. From time to time, we run online-only promotions or sales, just like many other retailers do. Because the online store and our bricks-and-mortar locations are managed separately, some discounts or specials may be available online only and won’t always appear in-store. If you ever see an online special, bring it to our attention in store and we will price match.... we’re always happy to help.

The staff at Bright Eyes Geraldton were friendly and helpful with my purchase. Even better - they were giving honest feedback - not just wanting to make the sale. I have loved wearing my sunglasses almost everyday since!

In store advice on which pair of sunglasses to purchase was good. This was proved in their wearing in the bright North Queensland light. Very happy customer.

Outstanding service from the lady that served us at earlville. In my trade trade I would usually destroy my sunnies within the first week… but these I have purchased are still going strong without a single scratch

I was chasing a pair of sunglasses and phoned Bright eyes (they had them) but unable to pick them up until the next afternoon, they were happy to put them aside. Great service by staff...will visit the store on my next sunglass purchase

The sunglasses I bought 18 months ago are good. However the left arm became loose and your people in Ballina sent it to Sydney for repairs. The glasses came back in just over a week which I thought was excellent. However , after 2 weeks the offending arm has become completely adrift so I'll have to return them for repair again!
