“My Brightech experience was very good, start to finish! Given the price point, the quality of the lamp and finish are what was promised. The base is more substantial than expected. That’s a good thing. Delivery was fast and the lamp was packed extremely well! I easily put the lamp together. Nice instructions. My daughter is going to order a floor lamp soon too! One thing worth noting....the floor lamp leans slightly due to the design. I situated the lamp behind the chair as my preference. Looks great!”

“I was very pleased with everything except I could not find the ring to secure the lampshade. I went online and it was the first FAQ I found. I think that the instructions for that should be on the instruction sheet that is included in the packaging. Since the FAQ acknowledges that it can be easily missed, it seems kind of obvious that it needs to be clearer in the instructions. the picture makes it look like it is a piece that is in the box, not already on the lamp.”

“I am obsessed with my new light! I was disappointed at first when I ordered and then was told my light wouldn’t come for months. I’m giving a 5 because the customer service was so good! They managed to get me the light earlier than expected and I’m extremely happy with my purchase”
