MISLEADING RETURN POLICY Purchased compression stockings in the UK after carefully reading their “Easy returns” policy, corroborating that my item was eligible and that the system described was straightforward with an automatically generated label for £7 which would be deducted from my refund. The compression stockings were terribly uncomfortable, so I am trying to return and now Brightlife Direct is refusing to create a prepaid label saying that the policy described applies only to US customers and I have to arrange and pay for the international shipping. Clearly misleading and in violation of UK customer protection law, given that in compliance with Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, businesses selling to UK consumers must provide accurate and transparent information about return costs, and they must honor the policy they advertise. I am now having to go through a PayPal claim process. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY IF YOU’RE OUTSIDE THE US.

I ordered the wrong size stocking and BrightLife sent me two pairs of stockings with a different size no charge! I was told to give the wrong size pairs to a local charity which I did. Thank you BrightLife for the generous gesture. P.S the new pair fit beautifully and no more swollen legs just happy legs!

I brought 2 paisley chair covers RED ,1 was Blue, returned it, have now received the red one , But I did ask when I returned the blue one if I would get a refund of $12.50 I had to pay to return the Item , which was no fault of mine. I have not revived any answer to this or even an apology. So do not bother to send me anymore catalogues , as I will not be buying from you again.

I had an issue with my order not getting shipped out as promised. I called and they were helpful, immediately taking care of the issue.

I ordered compression socks and they are the best I ever had !i love them! Beautiful quality, nice colour, that’s for sure it is not the last time l buy on brightlife .

I ordered some expensive Allegro support pantyhose for my mother who is so skinny and small but I did a mistake in ordering the XS size. When I called Bright Life Direct a couple of days ago, I talked over the phone with a very nice and understanding customer care representative. This kind person offered me the full refund without any condition and suggested me to give the high quality contention pantyhose too small for my mother to an organization like Goodwill or people in need (those items cost over $80). I am Thankful for their refund and to ask me to give away to people in need those 3 pairs of medical pantyhose that some woman in need will use for her sick legs. I will order again after making the right measurements of my elderly mom's legs. But yes, Bright Life Direct is a reliable and comprehensive company, doing the best for the satisfaction of their customers. Thank you very much.

Order was wrong the leather jacket was unisex no mention of this in the catalogue they won't respond to emails or phone calls no chance of a refund
