"This is my second complete bag purchase from BrightLine Bags over the past decade. I frequently use my BL Bag while flying for a major airline. It undergoes weekly heavy use and is fantastic! It\u2019s incredibly durable, retains its shape, and looks great.\r\n\r\nMy original bag would still be in excellent condition after seven years, but I didn\u2019t realize I was dragging it while hooked on my rollerboard and wore the material thin. However, it took a long time for that to happen! Whoops! \r\n\r\nI also had a great experience with BrightLine Bags\u2019 customer service. Several years ago, I encountered a broken zipper in one of the smaller front pockets and was able to get it resolved without any issues.\r\n\r\nMy new bag is still made of high-quality material, constructed to be extremely durable, and looks great! The addition of the shoulder straps to the rear cap was a stroke of genius! I only wish you offered rollerboards!\r\n\r\nThank you for a fantastic product! "
