“Good communication and help from sales and logistic staff, delivery on time including extra delivery for missing items, an error on quote and invoice (incorrect size specified for fascia boards) meant I ordered more boards than needed. Decided to keep extra boards for another project. Used Eco Urban boards which don't have bull nose boards to start or finish deck, Britedeck proposed use of one of the colours in the HD pro range which gave a reasonable result, with a start and finish "border" as shown in photo Wanted a bull nose finish as alternative is overlay of fascia boards on edge of laid boards. Recessed finish of fascia boards is neater. Used end caps as Eco Urban boards are not solid, end caps were not a good fit, out by a noticeable mm in not lining up with boards. Recessed finish of fascia boards is neater I tested the sample provided over 5 months in sun and rain exposure and no deterioration of surface noticed, so hoping for long lasting Overall a cost effective solution for my decking needs, but suggest double checking everything to make sure you're getting what you need”

“The Brite Decking product & the company which is led by Steve is nothing short of exceptional. My wife & I recently purchased one of their Next Gen Titanium Bal 140 composite timber products after looking at so many other composite decking timber from other companies & we have no regrets, it looks absolutely amazing. All our family & friends love it. The decking has completely transformed our once ordinary beach shack to one of the best in the street. A special thank you to Laura in sales, Shiva in Logistics & Joe the Delivery man, they were all extremely friendly, helpful & a pleasure to deal with. “I would like to express my thanks to Justin,Moustapha ,Stephen and our delivery truck driver Naz for there help in getting my decking order completed. We originally ordered Graphite but were delivered boards extremely dark compared to the sample provided. This was a concern we raised with Justin as your reviews are numerous with unhappy customers. Justin guaranteed he would sort out any issues if we went with Brite Decking this then lead to Stephen offering us a total refund. This was not where we wanted to go as we belived in the Titanium rang was what we wanted. We then had Moustapha step up to the plate to get us sorted. He not only understood what we wanted but went out of his way to turn us into customers who would recommend your product to friends and neighbours. We have gone through a lot to get to this point and spent over $6000 but will post more info on the fossil boards that are now stacked in my garage climatising themselves to our rainforest conditions. I would suggest that you need to be matching your samples to the actual boards you provide.”

“Have recently purchased a large amount of Spotted Gum for a project in rural NSW…… All that could go wrong with this order did, from delayed delivery, different colour boards, missing boards, incomplete fixtures….. despite all Jason was always polite, but Mustafa in logistics saved the day. He was awesome in his constant updates and making sure all that was required to finish the job was completed.”

“The worse composite board we have ever used, very heavy and you apparently can not screw within 25mm of the ends of the boards as they crack and blow out, so everywhere you have a but joint it needs to be double joists Tech support took 2 weeks to reply to our issues and were of no assistance Will never use again MK carpenter/builder 30 years”

“Initially Brite Decking couldn't do enough at point of sale but then when it came time for me to installing the decking boards, the fixings were significantly short and the decking boards had discoloured - I dropped in samples of the discolour boards and the plastic the boards were wrapped in. Also, I went to pick-up the fascia boards I had ordered and received no assistance loading my UTE - the young worker was too interested in his Cell phone than assisting me with loading my UTE!! I haven't heard anything since!! NOT HAPPY!!”
