“If we had of received the product, I could review it. We ordered months ago. We’ve had 3 delivery dates and it’s been cancelled right before delivery. Paid for in full. No phone calls to let me know what’s happening. Always me ringing them. Customer service is non existent. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Awaiting call back from yesterday and still haven’t heard anything. If they still can’t delivery, I will cancel the order and demand my money back in full”

“Brilliant product, brilliant service. The only issue I had was not reading the small print in the invoice. I purchased $7000 of decking and paid $350 for delivery yet it is a requirement of this company that the customer off loads by hand as they state "not enough workers". Come on guys I paid good money for the product and delivery either get a truck that can lift or employ another worker, not good enough. I had fencing delivered by another company for half the price, they off loaded and placed the product. A real shame as Brite Decking was great to deal with.”

“Service and Quality AAA. Product is easy to Install. Also Lugia was great she helped me With providing me with all the information regarding there products. I would highly recommend BRIGHT DECK to who ever is thinking of building a Deck . Basically all the staff Are amazing AAAA SERVICE AND QUALITY”

“Good communication and help from sales and logistic staff, delivery on time including extra delivery for missing items, an error on quote and invoice (incorrect size specified for fascia boards) meant I ordered more boards than needed. Decided to keep extra boards for another project. Used Eco Urban boards which don't have bull nose boards to start or finish deck, Britedeck proposed use of one of the colours in the HD pro range which gave a reasonable result, with a start and finish "border" as shown in photo Wanted a bull nose finish as alternative is overlay of fascia boards on edge of laid boards. Recessed finish of fascia boards is neater. Used end caps as Eco Urban boards are not solid, end caps were not a good fit, out by a noticeable mm in not lining up with boards. Recessed finish of fascia boards is neater I tested the sample provided over 5 months in sun and rain exposure and no deterioration of surface noticed, so hoping for long lasting Overall a cost effective solution for my decking needs, but suggest double checking everything to make sure you're getting what you need”

“The Brite Decking product & the company which is led by Steve is nothing short of exceptional. My wife & I recently purchased one of their Next Gen Titanium Bal 140 composite timber products after looking at so many other composite decking timber from other companies & we have no regrets, it looks absolutely amazing. All our family & friends love it. The decking has completely transformed our once ordinary beach shack to one of the best in the street. A special thank you to Laura in sales, Shiva in Logistics & Joe the Delivery man, they were all extremely friendly, helpful & a pleasure to deal with.
