“They are nice people to speak to on the phone, they supply the goods promptly, if something goes wrong they sort it out without further ado, their prices are reasonable, and the pair of leather-ended slate grey braces they sold me are wonderful.”

“I have just had a suit made and my Taylor recamended that I used a pair of braces because the suit hangs better. He made the suit with buttons to attach the braces to so that's why I bought them. Alan collins”

“What a great idea for the ladies of a certain age. I bought 3 pairs to use with my walking and casual trousers. My husband bought 2. Happy choice of colours and style. Easy to use the website and delivered promptly. Great product and British made.”

Hi Maria, Thank you for your feedback, On your first point, our next day delivery price is set at how much it costs us to send it out to you. Also, we take a lot of care when choosing our couriers and only work with those that we have a good experience with as we want to ensure, to the best of our ability, that the items arrive with you both on time and in the same condition that leaves us. On your second point - I will investigate personally the differences between the product and the images on the website. We always ensure high quality images are taken of our products and also make sure that the product sent out is always the same product that is displayed on the website. We are always reviewing our delivery services and always opt to use the best possible methods to ensure these goods are received on time and in the same condition that they leave us in. The standard postage overs the cost of the service and the packaging used to send out the item. We have recently introduced free shipping for orders over £30 which we have had great feedback about. “Sent for 2 sets of braces mid May 2017. One pair were not what we wanted so returned them on 23 May ordering replacement and cheque for £5.79 to cover additional cost. Having not received item or heard from the company phoned and was told cheque had been banked and item would be sent when cheque cleared. On 14 June phoned again as no item and cheque not appearing in our bank. Was informed that it must be the banks fault but they still could not send out item. I explained that if the cheque had been banked I would have expected a 3 day clearance and the item sent out in about a week. Was told they had no control over the bank. As of today I still have no item and the cheque has still not appeared in my bank. I have not heard from the company so at present I have paid for the original braces and got neither the replacement item or a refund or an apology for the problem”
