“I was impressed by the speediness with which I received my order. However, when I gave the braces to my friend, I found that he already had some, so I had to return them. Hopefully, they will be just as speedy in arranging my refund”

“Ordered Wednesday paid. Extra for TNT delivery, thought they would arrive on wed or thurs but was not delivered. It's now the following Wednesday and they won't be delivered until tomorrow. Altogether a bit late as I needed them for last Saturday. Had to take a forty plus mile trip to the nearest town to buy another pair.”

Hi David, Thank you for your feedback - we are sorry you feel you have had a poor experience with the delivery service. I have since rang TNT to understand the situation. The parcel was despatched from our warehouse the same day it was ordered. There was then three attempted deliveries at the address provided and I understand TNT and yourself have since arranged an alternative address for delivery - this parcel has been delivered today for you. if you are not already aware. “The braces are fine, but am disappointed no buttons were included in the box, I have not seen any trousers sold with buttons attached. It would cost pennies to put them in and save me a lot of time looking for a shop to sell me six buttons.”

“I bought some Striped Navy Blue braces for a wedding anniversary do last weekend. They came within 2 days which I thought was good although I had no communication once the order was acknowledged by PayPal that they had been sent or when I was likely to receive them. The braces themselves are OK, the quality seems reasonable, they fit and work well and I am generally happy with them. Slight downsides are that I would have liked for the buckle at the back to be made from metal like those at the front, rather than basic plastic and the sewing of the leather straps at each end is starting to unravel. But I can sort that with a needle and thread. The description on the website was not good though and it is lucky I was sewing the buttons on to the trousers myself as they are described as Y style braces. This is shown graphically with the two front straps coming together in the middle of the back with a single connection at the rear of the trousers. In fact, there is a plastic buckle which both pieces of elastic feed through and then splay back out again, each fixing to the trousers. I would call these X Style. All that is really needed is more information on the description and a picture or two more showing what happens at the back and certainly a picture showing the whole set in one. Then you could get a better idea of exactly what you are buying. I would probably buy from British Braces again if I needed some more because the range is so much wider than anywhere else I have found but it would be nice to be given more comprehensive information on each product.”

“I am overweight, so have a big job keeping my trousers up! Belts just slip down. My previous braces from M and S were rubbish. The grips kept slipping off. Very embarrassing. Your heavy duty braces are brilliant! I wear them all day every day, and they have done the job excellently. I would recommend them to anybody who wears braces. Thank you.”
