“I am very disappointed in the brush. First it doesn't have an auto shutoff. Also it doesn’t have a gfci connection in the appliance itself so it doesn’t shut off automatically if it overheats.”
“Wasn't entirely please with the product, it said to tune on and top position you would see a green light. Well I waited and waited for the green light to show up and I couldn't see it. So I picked it up and help it upright then I could see the green light. Very faint. Showed it to my husband and asked if he could see it. No. Didn't realize you needed a glove , which I like to use this. Thought I ordered a 30 but got the 40 . I have chin length hair on the sides and short in the back. It took several days to learn the best way for my hair to use it. That being said the volume doesn't stay in very long if you don't spray it with hair spray right away. So for what it is and does I think it's to expensive , but it's does make your hair smooth rather than frizzy ends.I may have done better with the smaller one. So it's just ok with me.”
