“I love your product but your customer service is terrible. I asked for someone to call me about a brush I wanted to send to my granddaughter at college. It was complicated to send to a different address and , although I asked many times, for someone to call me to help. No one ever did ! Terrible customer service”
“I bought this Brush product from the reviews. The B.Rush product was used as per the instructions on line that I reviewed. The times used with layering and using the end of brush for wrapping them around the item resulted in having a lot of loose ends tangled in the brush. I use it for the ends not wrapped and it is ok. Unfortunately, I bought one for my daughter and not sure it will work for her. I will send that one back.”
“It doesn’t curl my hair as well as I’ve seen the videos that are shown and the appliance handle gets warm to hot which I’ve never experienced before.”

“The product was really nice. It just didn't work for my hair. I live in the southwest where the climate is dry and it gave my hair so much static, that I couldn't get the hair from sticking to my face. It also pulled hair out as well.

“My hair is nice and smooth, and it lays nicely after using the BRUSH. However, I am disappointed that the body and curl does not last as long as I had hoped. I will go watch the videos again; perhaps I am not holding the brush on my hair as long as I should?”
“i think the product is probably a great one for some....it doesn't work on fine thin hair or for me not even as a straight iron. It should not be shown as something that would work for anyone but shown on people with thicker hair. Pushing the advertising a bit much.”
