“*I feel it was too expensive for the limitations the curling brush has on it.
It’s a convenient way to curl your hair right after it’s been washed but it’s not worth $130.00. The instructions say to use it ONLY on clean dry hair. So, it can only be used right after you wash your hair? My hair need's product in it to help hold the curl…so once I’ve put products in my hair I can’t use the heat brush? I don’t need to wash every day. Also, the oils that are supposed to make your hair smooth and shiny when you brush and curl it didn’t really make my hair completely smooth. I still had to put my own oils on my hair. I also think that for $130.00 it should have also included a high, medium and low heat setting because everyone’s hair can’t take extra high heat.”
“I have used the brush for 2 weeks . When I washed my hair yesterday I noticed that my hair was very dry. I use a very expensive shampoo, that includes a conditioner, and oil application. I went back to my blower dryer. I don’t like the way my hair looks after using the brush.”
“It’s ok. It doesn’t curl as advertised and curl doesn’t hold. I am rather disappointed but it has been helpful for a quick touch up when I am rushed to get to an appointment.”
“I read all material carefully before I ordered. I concluded that the 30 was the size I needed.
I really need the 40 because I want lift and not the tightness of the 30. But I was too efficient and threw away the packaging making it impossible to return.”
“I wanted to like this brush. There are a couple of things that I don't particularly like. While there is a swivel cord it does not work well. The cord has a tendency to wrap around the brush handle. It also doesn't get hot enough to create the wave that I've seen in their videos. There is a learning curve. I have been able to get some nice curls and waves bit since the unit doesn't get hot enough they fall out within an hour or less. When I style my hair with a curling iron the curls and waves stay all day. I will probably gift this to someone who might try it for hair straightening. I wish I had not spent the money on this tool. Back to my curling iron.”
“This is the 3rd Brush 30/40 that I have owned, I believe that the cord concept could use some engineering as after about 6 months it starts to short out.”
“I expected more for the price. My hair slides too easily through the bristles to capture any heat. I have a $50 version that holds my hair better and curls significantly more.”
“I like the brush for smoothing my hair, but the curl will not hold. This is disappointing, I thought I was finally going to get an appliance that would curl my hair. :(”
“Have very short hair and would work better if my hair was a little longer. I am letting it grow so hopefully it will work better. I bought the smaller one”
“I gave a pretty good description of where my hair was at (length, etc.) and was advised by one of your consultants to go with the 30 size. It was too small, so I returned it. Maybe later will look at the size 40, however, right now a little nervous about buying another as a fee is deducted from original purchase. One thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't have an auto shut off if you leave on for too long.”
