“I bought the ruck sack. First of all I think its retarded you have to be SIXTY dollars on top of the 200+ I paid for straps. That stuff should be included. Ive had the bag for about a month now and coughed up the extra money for the straps and theres already sand leaking from one of the inner bags. I get a good workout with the bag but for how much you pay I would think I wouldn’t have to worry about sand leaking for a while. Disappointing”

What straps are you referring to? All our rucks come/sell with chest strap and hip strap included in the price. Regarding the leaking steel shot. Sometimes there may be a small seem in the velcro that closes the bag. Have you checked that and made sure it's secure?
“We were true Brute Force fans until our last engagement when we needed to order new shells to replace the ones we had that had worn down. We didn't need the fillers but only the shells. When our order arrived, 5 of the bags were the Scout size instead of the Athlete size, so, they were too small. And, we got a large stack of fillers that were too big for anything we had, so, they weren't really usable even if we had ordered them (I'm still wondering if they actually charged us for them). I was willing to own that we MIGHT have made a mistake and got the Scout size confused with the Athlete size bags but all we wanted to do send them back and get the Athlete size and that's where we hit a road block. All communication just stopped. We dealt with two different people in the process and both just stopped returning emails and calls. We spent about $1K on shells and we have 5 of the 12 ordered that are too small for the fillers we have, so they aren't being used until I can find fillers that fit from another brand. The product is great but our experience with the company and customer service left us with no choice but to look for another brand.”
“The weighted vest arrived and I started using it right away. Noticed after my first workout the fabric was starting to break apart. Wrote two emails with picture sent and no reply. The product did not live up to my expectations along with customer service.”
