Not happy with the ruck bag so far. The clips for the chest strap are so darn stiff I ca t attach them to the webbing on the shoulder straps. Suggestions?

Hey Robert, Mo here, CPO of Brute Force. Those clips are quite hard to put on, however they are the standard clips most companies use. They are set that way so that they will not slip or come off easily. If you want, please email me directly and I can help you get them sorted out. My email is mo@bruteforcetraining.com

We changed all logos from white to red to make it stand out more.

Working on getting use to the fit. It let loose when I had the full weights in and snapped up into my throat. It was pretty funny, if not a bit painful.

Cost and quality if shipping reduces the value of the ULS.

I've been a long term user (and collector) of Brute Force gear. The scout bags I've bought recently are still as great as the original bags I bought back in 2017. Still as versatile, still as challenging still the same top quality as they've ever been. The 3 stars I've given aren't a reflection of the bags - more a reflection of the information on the website. One example - the different load figures given on the website for the scout bag - main scout bag description says 50lb. Another description (barebones bag section - where there's no barebones scout option) gives 30lb. The other thing - Athlete bags - they used to be advertised at 75lb load (and i've run mine at 80lb for ages with no issue) - why have they suddenly lost 25lb of weight limit ? I had tried to contact support to try and sort out the scout bag load information - but didn't really get a straight answer - c'mon guys - sort the information on your website out...

It's been 4 months of aggravation, but Mo did a fantastic job trying to rectify the situation and save this rating from being 1 star. Still pretty frustrated, but less so thanks to Mo.

The training plan was emailed in a pdf format. It would be much more helpful of they could also put it on the app.

I want to like this so much but for the past four years they’ve had the worst app. They trashed their original app and teamed up w seal fit on the new one. Guess what, app is still trash. Bought programs that say they’re available on the app and guess what…access denied on the app. Tried everything including reinstalling the app. They keep saying that they are working on it. You guys had four years to get it fixed.

Vest is a bit time-consuming to put on. It's a solid fit when all of the straps are tightened. I would suggest a little more streamlined.

Purchased new 3.0 vest website does not have proper information on max weight it can hold it has the info from the previous vests. Also old filler bags from the old 2.0 vest do not fit well when filled completely
