“This is how I received my bubble tea kit. Dissatisfied as I’ve ordered from here many times before. Not much of a reply when emailed them. Won’t be a returning customer”
“The products are good however the customer service isn't great. When I received my boba pearls they were crushed (half the pack was dust) and despite emailing BTC to tell them of the issue they never replied. Dissapointing. I've been loving the tea though. I like being in charge of how sweet it is.”
“Unfortunately the product descriptions didnt match what I received. The website says pearls come as 600g but the packets were 300g. Ingredients in the taro and honeydew flavour powders on the website didn’t indicate any milk products, but the label of the ones I received had milk products. I got a refund for the flavour packets which wad appreciated and the products didnt take long to arrive. Unfortunate that things are falsely advertised on the website.”
“I’ve been buying bubble tea from here since lockdown started ! I’ve spent over $300 and my recent order was a mix up as I didn’t receive most of my order. Customer service is poor. I’m still trying to get through to them to receive the missing items! VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️”
“Good products horrible packaging. Missing many items because my box broke open during shipping and items got crushed and lost. Tumblers we’re broken and can’t use. Wasted over $160 and Had to have the post office make as damaged. Wouldn’t recommend till packaging gets better.”
“It’s not really worth the money than just walking to your local franchise and getting boba. the pearls dont taste the same and honestly the jellies taste like chatime which we all know is the worst bubble tea store. I love the work you guys are doing but I wouldn’t recommend if you were trying to save money bc it doesnt hit the same”

“Received items this March 2021 with best before date June 2021 (3 months) while ordered/received same items in February 2021 with items best before February 2022 (12 months). Disappointing that much older items are distributed when free delivery/promo is on offer.”
