“Hi, I have received my order which I am excited about and it arrived quite quickly and everything looks great! My only issue is that one item from my purchase did not arrive in the package. I have emailed Bubble Tea Club about it but have not, so far received any reply. So.. Im wondering if my mentioning it here might be a way of getting my missing item to me. This is by no means a bad review. I feel like something has gone wrong somewhere along the line can be resolved easily. Id just like someone to get back to me please. I love bubble tea and would like to keep ordering more in the future.”
“I ordered the matcha milk tea and the service was great but the taste just didn't deliver. The matcha wasn't a smooth and fine powder that mixed well, it was kind of gritty and left a bitter aftertaste that sugar couldn't hide. I would've preferred a matcha milk tea that was smoother and more milky.”
“Was sent a ridiculous amount of straws that will never be used. While the peach flavouring is nice, it most definitely does not need the fructose added to it also. So now I have 4 jars of fructose sitting in my cupboard.
The keep cup is awesome though. Once I’m through my kit might just go back to purchasing bubble tea at my fave store with my keep cup bubbler.
The kit will last a life time, you don’t need much at all of the syrup. And once you run out of tea bags will probably be cheaper to purchase black tea from the supermarket.”
“I can only comment on ordering and delivery as the rest is a gift for my niece. Ordering was fine except a smaller variety pack would be nice. Delivery was slow to FNQ.”
“2 suggestions to be truly convenient:
-would be better if Tapioca pearls came cooked in a sealed fresh pack that we can tear open and mix rather than having to boil ourselves.
-recipes to be printed in box”
“I'm a bubble tea novice here it would Be very handy to have a printed recipe sheet sent with the order box. I've never made it before and was a little confused in how to mix it”
“Not what I ordered. Missing my cup and the milk tea bags. I received 2 green tea bags.
Update:
I was surprised to receive another package free of charge to make up for the last order which was a pain. This order was better. Everything was in perfect condition however I still didn't receive my cup for my milk tea. They sent me more green tea bags which now I'm wondering can I use the green tea and still get the same taste as the milk tea? All in all I thank Bubble Tea for the experience.”
“Although a great concept, purchasing 4 kits together, i now have to figure out what product goes with what kit for gifts. It would be great if the kits came in their own smaller box or bag so it was separated. Also to add to customer experience, perhaps having the actual method/recipe of the kit inside the kit in a flyer, it saves people having to do the next step and go online to download and print ourselves. Not a lot of people have printers.”
“Overall i am satisfied with my first order from BBLT Club, the drinks were delicious. The only negative would be for some reason the frutose bottle was not closed tight and leaked onto the packaging of the other products. I would recommend some sort of seal on the bottles of frutose and syrup to prevent future leaks.”
