“No correspondence in regards to issue with ordering system until I emailed to ask why my order had not been dispatched within a week of placing order. Finally received a ‘sorry’ but no offer of discount on next order or anything to make me want to become a return customer. Also confused as to why the tapioca pearls say they have a shelf life of 6 months but the best before date is June 2021- leaving me just 2 months to use them before they expire.”
“Ingredient & nutritional information isn't easy to find on the website so it was hard to decide whether to buy items. Decided to try anyway and they are delicious but Very high in sugar (syrup 88% sugar!) so not something I would drink regularly or buy often. If there was a healthier, natural low sugar (not just synthesized sweetener) substitute option, I would definitely buy more regularly.
The reusable bubble tea cup & straw is good. No care instructions on the box and only noticed "hand wash" on the bottom of the cup as I was about to put it in the dishwasher.
Purchase was easy and delivery was quick. Great company, just wish there were healthier options instead of being all junk food.”

“The website looks nice and simple, aesthetically pleasing. Easy to order and the checkout process is easy enough. My reason for 3 stars is because of the overall process of the experience from start to finish. The shipping took a while but it's understood as it was shipped to the US. My biggest thing was that the tapioca pearls were missed and didn't arrive with my order. Also, the fructose syrups were leaking in the box, not too major but still leaking. The service rep was helpful but it did take a week before the tapioca pearls were shipped out to complete my order which will take another couple of weeks to get here. Now for the taste, the fruit teas taste great and like the ones from the store, the milk tea was a little lacking in my opinion. Steeping the black tea bag longer didn't give it the flavor profile I would have liked and green tea is downright better.
One major suggestion I would have is maybe sell the kits that include the equipment as well, the cups, stirrers and shaker as its own equipment set or even part of the bubble tea sets. Having it as an option would be great and would make it easier as a one click add kind of thing.”

“I bought the thai milk tea pack and and the tea powder was too sweet for me even with no fructose syrup added. When I buy bubble tea at a shop I normally ask for 1/8 sweetener, and the tea blend was much much sweeter than I like it. I probably won't use the fructose syrup at all. I don't have any other complaints, the tea was otherwise really good.”
“I love the lychee tea, it’s easy to make and follow. The original milk tea tastes good too but it could be more milkier.
However, the pearls are not as good as I thought. Hard to chew even tho I had boiled them for 20 mins and do not taste sweet.

“Had issues with my order where I wanted boba swapped for popping pearls, followed the instructions but the swap was not honoured. It was frustrating given that I had asked for instructions before placing my order. However, I was contacted by Tim when I raised the issue and he solved the issue promptly and was very friendly. Great products and concept - just need to iron out teething issues with the order placement process. Maybe create more options when ordering, rather than having to use the notes section. Also, probably a good idea to contact the customer if their selected items are not available before finalising and shipping the order. :) Overall I'm happy with the end result even though it was frustrating to start out. I will order again as I understand new businesses have these small issues when starting out.”
“Love your products but having a horrible time with the couriers you have sent it with. I ordered three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. They initially were going to send it back to you as the driver did not read my address properly and said that there was an insufficient address. I was on the phone with customer service for half an hour trying to get them to send it back. This was on the 21st, its now the 24th and I still haven't received the parcel and haven't heard from them”
“Overall the bubble tea tasted delicious. We had an issue with the pearls crumbling and weren’t able to use all of them which was disappointing. We are still waiting on the replacement pearls that were to be sent a week or so ago. We hope that the new set of pearls don’t have the same issue.
We’d also love to see the messages of gifts to be printed on a nice print card or paper rather than handwritten. Just looks nice and clean that way :)

“The tapioca pearls were not labelled and therefore I incorrectly cooked the whole packet in one go, not 30gms. As you are supposed to use the cooked tapioca immediately I ended up throwing away a full cooked packet less a small amount!! The labelling also does not say that the cooked tapioca pearls must be used immediately and not kept overnight. I had to email to find that out. So, great product but very poor labelling and instructions.”
“Love the flavour of the tea, and the easiness of making it - I just have a few tips..
• Including a recipe sheet would make things easier for the customer.
• No Styrofoam packaging (packing peanuts) would be better as my order wasnt fragile and didn't need them.
• Including a scoop for the tapioca pearls would be better.
