“Overall, the bubble tea cups are very good. The fruit flavours are better than the milk flavours, and the rainbow jelly and popping pearls are exactly like the ones from the bubble tea shops! However, the instructions for making the tapioca pearls were not clear, and I had to throw the whole lot away.”

I think it would be great if you gave customers the ability to customise kits a little more e.g. I already find certain powders sweet enough so I don't need additional fructose syrup, I already have metal/reusable straws at home so I don't need any paper ones in I think it would just be more ideal to be able to customise and reduce waste as much as possible.”

“Thanks for shipping out. Really well packaged and good item (ANNIVERSARY EDITION Bubble Tea Club's Reusable Bubble Tea Cup Set ). Would be good if the item description included that the top was reflective or mirror-like because every time I take a sip, it sucks to see my face close-up. I know it's hard to take photos of such a reflective surface but the photos provided, although quality, don't really show that mirror-like quality. Also, maybe include in description that the straw (and maybe cup) is not built for hot water. I don't know about the cup but my straw melted. That said thank you so much for great products.”
