My last order with Lychee syrup packaged in the tall slim bottles leaked. The white seal under the lid, 3 out of 4 didn’t stay sealed on the bottle and everything was sticky and box wet.”
“The pearls and tea taste great but I found with the pearls when I put them in the fridge to cool them with the ice water they went harder again and lost their nice chewy texture. Still tasted great though maybe I can cool them faster a different way?”
“Love all the products. But the only thing I probably wouldn't buy are the tea bags.
They're so large and it feels like a waste to use one huge tea bag for one cup of bubble tea so I end up using normal tea and it tastes fine.
I save the large teabags for bigger batches.
Otherwise you guys are great! Bubble tea kits make PERFECT gifts :)”

“Absolutely addictive!!! So many great options to try and combine!!! The only issue that we have is how to keep the pearls from going mouldy as Sydney has such high humidity. I've tried many ways, but I end up having to throw them out. It would be great if they could come airtight in portions. Then I'd give you 5 stars!!! Flavours are amazing in the fruit teas, but yes the brown sugar matcha is my absolute favourite!!!!!”
“Its a great product, although we lost a decent amount of the pre packed bubbles due to disintegration in the vacuum pack. Perhaps something the company can look at addressing in the future.

“I spend way too much money on bubble tea so it’s great to have the option of making my own. We love the reusable cups and straws, and the option to decrease sugar content. My only complaint is that making pearls is a lot harder than it sounds and I can’t get them to taste quite the same as the shops. But they’re still pretty good despite the effort.”
“We only just opened our order on the weekend as it was for my daughters birthday party. I ordered green apple syrup and mango syrup along with 4 bottles of bobas. The mango syrup was not syrup when it arrived, but instead bobas. Which meant only 1 flavour of tea instead of 2 for the party as planned. Otherwise we were happy with the rest of the order”
“First batch of products were perfect. Second order, my mango syrups have chunks in them. They are easily dissolvable but it doesn't leave the tea as smooth as the first batch did.”

“Bubble tea club flavours were lovely, just disappointed my items have varying best by dates. Some as little as 3 months. This is disappointing as it is for a fifo worker who is only home 1 week in 3.”
“Overall it has been great. Love the Taro and the pearls. The first batch of original milk tea purchased was the best. Better than the shops. But unfortunately the second batch wasn't so great. The tea leaves seems to be from a different supplier and there is a burnt taste to the tea. Disappointed, now I need to somehow drink all this.”
“I love that this can be made at home and they taste super delicious. Only downsides are the instructions can be long and confusing and also the pearls take way too long to cook so you can’t immediately satisfy a craving. Can’t even make them in advance as they don’t keep well. Other than that I love your flavours!”

Since I've bought a few now, I just need to buy top ups.
I selected four stars because everything is great but it is on the pricey side. Since I'm just buying top ups of milk powder, toppings and fruit syrup, I probably wouldn't spend the premium to buy the tea bags since i can't tell the difference between $15 teabag and $5 teabags.
It would also be good if express shipping was an option.
Other than those two points ordering from Bubble Tea Club is great! The kits make a great gift.”
