“I purchased the taro, matcha, thai and mango tea. All taste delicious, they are a bit too sweet (except of matcha), no need for the fructose at all. I mostly prepare them with milk instead of the creamer. I would purchase again :-).”
“A great service! Well organised website, good information, great communication. I like the story and branding. My only issues are with the pearls provided ... They come with a lot of extra powder caked to the pearls and when cooked the pearls often stick together in globs that are hard to pull part when cooking. I have bought other pearls before and that hasn't been the case. It's not a huge deal, and it's been the case with my first bag of pearls, I will see how I go with my other bags of pearls and if that is consistent. I bought 3 different kind of tea in my first purchase and they have all been good, though the Thai Tea isn't quite as creamy and silky as when bought in the shop ... I think it's because they used condensed milk rather than powdered creamer, which I can try using at home. Overall, very happy!”
“Being able to make the bubble tea at home for our family allows us the flexibility to chose our flavours and the sugar levels. It's great. I sent to a pack to a friend and now she's addicted and also ordered more.
My one complaint is on two occasions the pearls sent were but powdery and so stuck together when cooked. Another packed had perfectly separate pearls without the powder residue. We don't like clumpy pearls.”

I would have liked to see recipe cards or instructions included in the package. Or some more general information like making ahead and storage possibilities.

“Great value for the amount of serves. Shipping was fast, particularly given the pandemic and lockdown.
My only negative is the brown sugar milk tea comes with tapioca pearls and in the description on the website it states you can swap the tapioca for other topping and coconut jelly is suggested. Left a comment in the notes asking to swap to coconut jelly. When my order arrived there was a handwritten message on the slip next to my note saying "sorry we can't do that". A little frustrating to request what was suggested only to be told they can't do it. I now have a bag of tapioca topping that won't be used.”
“This is a life changing moment! Bubble tea at home! The only thing that'd be great is if the instructions for the tea were on the pack (or on a card in the package) so I didn't have to keep hitting the website when I needed to make pearls or tea (I guess I'll remember them eventually).”

Bubble tea Taste and formula is Okay since the cost works out to be cheaper to make from home like making your own tea and coffees and matchas and chai instead of purchasing take away all the time but I feel like the tea powder's itself has alot of artificial flavouring and sweeterners. I would prefer a more 'fresh' ingredient approach one way or another with non artificial flavouring and colouring. I also do not like the mass amount of email marketing that comes to my inbox everyday. It turns me off from the brand and product itself. Not a fan of the pearls unless they are cooked for a good 35mins otherwise they are still too hard and chewy and the jelly was good in texture but too-overly SWEET in frucose syrup. I would have to find a balance of adding ice if i want it cold for it to be less sweet, add more water with the tea, etc. I would like to know product ingredient breakdown such as what type of sugar/frucose is used as I prefer a natural sweetner or organic type of surgar instead of mass generic sugar. Drinking one everyday is unhealthy so I would like a bubble tea product that is actually healthy with less frucose.”
“Great products. I think the price is a little high and should offer a higher discount for 'bundle' deals. I would also suggest attaching a small 'recipe' page for anyone who orders things like green/milk tea bags, which then has a link to the website in case you want more recipes.”
