“I can’t fault the bubble tea itself however rather disappointed in the time it took to receive my order and for it to be processed. Took about 15 days to receive my order when it said it would only take 5-10. Using “covid” as an excuse is not ok either as I have previously received packages in peak lockdown a lot faster than this.”
“It taste really good, love that the price Is affordable only down side is my boba I have to use up in 1.5 months as it expires fast from the time I received my package. That means I have to be drinking a few a day so it doesn't get wasted which is impossible to want to drink 2 a day.”

One suggestion might be to put tape or better seal the fructose syrup for International shipments, as when mine arrived, one of the syrups had popped and there was syrup all over much of the items in the box.

“I’ve made several brown sugar drinks already and the honeydew powder tastes just like a boba shop. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 stars is because I ordered the holy trinity and requested the passion fruit poppers and ended up with blueberry poppers. Not the biggest deal but they kind of taste like cough medicine to me so I won’t get much use from them. Everything else was delicious and came fast for being out of country (about 2.5 weeks shipping to the USA). loved these products and will definitely order from them again!”
