“Isn't what I expected doesn't taste like the tea in the stores and was thoroughly disappointed at first, then I started experimenting and used my sugar and milk but found it perfect with my sugar and the creamer, still doesn't taste like the bubble tea in the shops but is still good after you find the right combination and would recommend for others to try just be warned you will have to experiment a bit :)”
“All of the ingredients are just as they are at the shop but I find it's a bit too expensive and I would prefer more bulk sizes so you don't have to keep on ordering and possibly having to pay for delivery for top ups. The pearls attract moisture really easily and crumble. They don't cook as well a while after the package has been opened. The QR code on the packaging for instructions hasn't worked for me and I would prefer for all instructions to be included on the packaging because it's right there for you rather than having to stare at your phone or log into my laptop as I have had to do. Also, if we are directed to your website for recipes/instructions, your website needs to be more reader friendly. The website needs a better interface overall.”

“I bought the Lychee popping pearls. Very happy with product! Only problem I found was the product has a very short expiry date. It has to be consumed within 2 months of opening (which is fine), but I think the expiry I had left on it was alot less than that. Maybe something to be communicated at time of purchase would be good.

“The tea is good. I like adjusting the sugar. The pearls can be better quality. Be good to be able to select other toppings apart from pearls when ordering the big packs. Also be great if the order came along with printed recipe e.g can be on the packet. I gave a pack to my parents and had to print off the recipe for her as she didn’t have a computer.”
“Things are great: 1. this idea of making BBT at home is interesting, I definitely will order more; 2. Customer service is great; 3. ingredient quality is great, and the tea I got taste nice; 4. delivery company is reliable.
Suggestions: 1. the creamer can be a bit more creamy, I added so much creamer than I supposed to add but it still taste a bit watery; 2. the fructose's quality is different. I received 3 bottles of fructose and 1 of them is so much thicker and sweeter than the other two; 3. the dispatch team could be more careful, I received wrong items and the important item was missing; 4. I wish there would be more BBT accessory and tools released soon; 5. I hope more types of tea and topping would be released soon, like something with white pearls, basil seeds, sago, or some powder to make herbal jelly, etc.
Overall, as a big fan of BBT, I definitely suggest this to my friends. I got tools and ingredients and I used to make BBT at home from scratch, but this make things so much easier.”
“I enjoyed the implementation of QR recipes as it reduces paper. I was surprised by the weight of the box due to the brown sugar syrup haha. I was hoping the boba pearls would be in containers (like in the photos) rather than vacuum sealed. I think I ruined the remaining boba pearls.”
