“Very disappointing the balloon was already starting to deflate when it arrived, it looked terrible and we didn’t bother using it, such a waste of money! Plus the delivery guy basically threw the box at our outside plant that caused a load of flowers to fall off, shocking! I would avoid ordering from here, never again!”

“Ordered balloon to arrive the day before my son’s birthday and when I opened the box it was completely deflated! Rubbish! £35 that I will NEVER spend with this company again, and I certainly DO NOT recommend! Many other companies offer this service and deliver what they promise! Take my advise and choose ANY other supplier!”

“I ordered remembrance balloons for my Father's memorial service and wake. The balloons turned up days before my stated date, in dribs and drabs, with 2 of one of the packages missing altogether. Whilst we had the custom balloons we wanted, the 3 accompanying blue stars never turned up! Definitely not worth the £30 I had paid for the set!”

“I am really sorry to say the balloon with the little balloons in, with the writing on was flat - disappointed. I ordered for the balloons to come Saturday to be a surprise for the morning but it was deflated and no lift to the balloon with the little balloons in ☹️”

“Very disapointing experience this morning when I went to collect the balloon I had ordered - the box, tail, weight, tissue paper and message card were covered in a brown gunk - this hadnt been noticed by yourselves - I had to ask why the inside of the box was so messy. The box was replace and I commented on the other elements that had the gunk on them, they should have been checked by yourselves when the first issue was noted. I was told the building management had been informed as it was linked to airconditioning and I waited over 15 mins for the new tissue paper, tail, message etc - the focus should have been on ensuring that damage caused to the purchase was resolved asap so that I could leave with the balloon not contacting Building Management and telling the team not to place boxed under the airconditioning - from a customer service and satisfaciton perspective, the sequencing was wrong - a very disapointing experience - I have recommened yourself to others, I may not do so in future. Please contact me directly if you need more information”

“My balloon was not delivered to my mother in hospital. The address instructions could not have been better. The DHL delivery should have delivered to the ward address. £35 waste of money as a Get Well Balloon is not with the recipient.”

“Somehow my granddaughter received not 1 but 2 identical balloons congratulating her on her exam results. I was also charged for 2,how on earth did nobody spot this,even though I was advised by your employee to try a second time after the 1st order failed to go through. Not happy”

“I ordered some balloons for my daughter's 18th birthday. On one set of balloons, 3 of the 9 stars were already deflated and another one deflated the following day. Some of the smaller balloons were also deflating or had burst. I think I was more surprised by the company effectively passing blame onto the courier for any problems. Very disappointing and I will not be using them again as they caused upset on a special day”

“Really bad product, does not look anything like the image on the website, confetti inside of the balloon was minimal compared to website image Waste of money Avoid, bad customer service do not want to listen to complaints. Paid £30 bad mistake, would have rather bought my little girl something instead”
