“Hello, thank you for your service. The delivery time and order process was smooth; however, the lettering on the actual balloon was not to the standard I was expecting. The words were not correctly stuck/ attached which was very disappointing as it is quite expensive for a singular balloon. I loved the overall design but disappointed with the final finish.”

“The colour of the number balloons was gorgeous and my daughter loved them. Unfortunately the tape on the packaging was a bit loose and 2 of the smaller balloons were stuck to the tape at the bottom of the box so I couldn't use them.”

“Simple ordering process. A good selection of balloons available to order. Easy to change delivery date at short notice. However, the balloon delivered was not the one that was ordered. When I contacted customer services to find out why it didn't correspond, I was told there were no more in stock after the original balloon was no longer fit for purpose. I was not contacted to choose an alternative balloon and the option chosen on my behalf was clear and ordinary. While I received a full refund, I was still very disappointed with the replacement, which may well be my last opportunity to buy the recipient a balloon. I therefore wanted it to be 'special'.”

“I like this company but not my first choice because the last four times I’ve gone on their site, they’re always sold out the balloons I’ve had from them are good but I do wish they’d have more stock”

“Not a great experience, I called and requested the balloons I ordered be arranged as a bunch. I was assured they would be. Half arrive the day before bday and and the other half part of the balloon arrangement arrive a day later,deflated. So i was not satisfied or happy”

“Two balloons came a bit flat (deflated), which was quite sad as I paid extra to deliver exactly on Sunday, which was the day my sister delivered her baby.”

“Have ordered several times from Bubblegum Balloons delivered last Friday unfortunately one personalised balloon ‘Happy Birthday Granpa deflated after 3 days but the others are all good Never had a balloon deflate that quickly”
