“Nice baloons, color, size... unfortunately one baloon came deflated.”

“The balloons are great and would have been even better if DPD delivered them on time. They were supposed to come Thursday, but arrived Saturday after apparently losing the HUGE parcel and then delayed it for 2 days. Some of the smaller balloons had lost some of the air in them and shrivelled up, but luckily it was not too noticeable and our son loved them even though they were late.”

“Balloons arrived as ordered but not delivered to correct place near house as instructed. Also both boxes were open due to very flimsy boxes and only one line of tape to secure. Lucky they didn't float out of the box!”

“I’ve used you before and had good service, this time the box was battered when it arrived, I was worried when my daughter told me! They live 194 miles away and these were for my grandson! However, the balloons weren’t damaged!”

“The balloons were amazing and my daughter loved them. Arrived in great condition and on the day requested, the pet walker llama was one of her favourite presents of the day. Only slight improvement would be to let customers know their packages may arrive in two separate deliveries, mine arrived 4 hours apart so there was a slight panic. However, customer service were excellent and replied to my query to let me know DPD do sometimes split deliveries.”

“I bought this for my wife on Valentine's Day. I had requested a message to be printed on the balloon which was done - however, the balloon was affixed back to front in relation to the teddy bear. A bit disappointing, but a lovely product anyway.”

“Very nice delivered on time ...The only downfall is that one of the small heart shaped balloons the helium started to deflate while we were cutting the birthday cake very expensive so didn't expect it to deflate so quick”

“I have no issue with the balloon, but I paid extra charge for delivery to have the balloon arrive on Friday before 12, but the delivery only got there on Sat morning. If I knew that was going to happen, I would not have paid the extra for delivery.”

“Whole set of balloons (over 10) that didn’t hold their helium as well as usual - maybe not done up as well as usual or something - was very surprising as normally Bubblegum balloons last ages but all of these looked a little limp after a few days.”
