“Need to improve on comunication. Sent incomplete order and I was not informed about short shipment. 1 out of 3 items not arrived. Had to contact customer services and find out what's going on. Managed to find out the reason of short shipment, but no commitment for delivering missing item.”

“The celotex I recently ordered was packaged well and delivered on the time given. The courier had over tightened the hold down straps and placed the celotex against the blocks, therefore crushing the celotex on the edges. Having used you several times this was the only problem, otherwise I would have given a maximum rating.”
