“ordering online were almost hassle free as i could not order online due to there being not enough stock in, so i had to order by telephone. but when i called to put an item on hold it were done, but when i called back a few days later to have item shipped to site and taken off hold, i found it were problematic, and were promised call back after call back. Hence just a good 4 out of 5 given... i feel these are the areas most required by your customers, and require a bit of fine chooning.”

“First time I've come across the organisation and found it to be an excellent experience from start to finish. Good website (and very reasonable prices), simple purchasing and delivery process, very helpful and friendly delivery guy. Will certainly be using again !”

“i found it annoying that i could not order what i needed online through your website, i had to call up and get a quotation on the price of materials i needed. your website is limited to the fact customers can only order what you have in stock, for example i required 478 square grey slabs, your website stated that you only had 47 in stock... and said error, can not complete order! i then thought about it and called yourselves directly to get the answers that i needed. it would have saved a lot of time if the limitations as advised of here were modified and or changed to the extent customers can order what they want and need...”

“Very good service. When an order was late staff were excellent at resolving the problem. Phones always answered. Just need to have enough quantity in stock of common materials like 2x4s.”
