“First time user of this service. The driver was very friendly and helpful and arrived within the time specified. One piece of timber was found to be split but the driver has taken it back to change. In all a very good service and one I shall use again.”

“excellent service, cannot thank built enough for being so helpful and competitive on prices.I made a click and collect order and received a call from a colleague called richard evans, which i was asked if i was happy with my purchase and if i would need any more materials in which i did after several emails i simply asked for a possible discount on several items i needed and they did and delivered when said and on time. click and collect is made a breeze we need more of the builders merchants absolute excellent company and will shop again and recommend to family and friends”

“Fantastic fast friendly service with a free cup off coffee whilst I scratch my free scratch card I was a regular at a competitor but it’s all changed now cheaper on average across all goods and fantastic delivery service can’t fault the service and reliability 100% satisfaction”

“Hello, I would just like to say many thanks to you all for making my first purchase at Built a breeze! From the moment I entered the reception area I was met with extremely pleasant and courteous staff. Who were only too eager to help and ensure I had the correct items for the job. As I’m just a simple DIY’er I found the process was easy; a little research online on the ‘Built’ website, then I drove to my local outlet, the sales assistant knew exactly what I needed and checked it was in stock, I then paid. The assistant, who I forget the name of, then told me a little about the company, future offers and which bay I needed to collect my units. I was so surprised how quick and efficient the process was. I will be using and recommending you as and when I can. Thank you, again.”
