Delivery was missing items which I was only informed of 30 minutes prior to the other items arriving. Waited two working days (plus the weekend) before calling Built and nobody would answer the phone (called at 9.00am). Someone rang me back a couple of hours later to say that they had had a missed call from me and then told me someone would call me back regarding missing items. STILL WAITING !!!!!!!

overall poor experience, was let down massively by one of the forklift drivers who started to yell at me because I had my cigarette lit. Said I needed to go outside the gates because the sign said so. Went outside the gates and there was no sign to forbid smoking. The guy was Polish and when I returned he kept saying "Curva" to his colleague while looking at me. That's quite disgusting and disappointing. Also moved very slow and had a bad attitude.

Hi Bogdan, Whilst our branch is no smoking there is no excuse for any sort of rudeness from our staff. This will be thoroughly investigated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I do hope you'll visit our branch again soon to see for yourself that your experience so far is not the norm. Regards James

Had a voicemail left at the time of my collection slot asking me to call the branch as there was a problem with my order, which I did however no-one returned my call. I decided to go to the branch anyway to see if my order was ready but it hadn’t been picked for collection. One of the products was out of stock. Then items were left off my order so I was waiting for over 15 minutes while staff hunted down items that were showing as in stock but in fact weren’t. Not the best experience this time around.

I ordered 2 bulk bags and chose a delivery slot, which apparently, is guaranteed. The time slot came and went. After chasing the delivery with a phone call, and then another call 25 mins later to chase up the promised return call to update me on the delivery, I was told the driver had encountered some 'issues'. 3 and half hours later i received the bulk bags. The work I intended to carry out was delayed by a day. Other plans I had made were put aside. Not the end of the world, but having ordered online with a 2 day lead time for my delivery, I am disappointed. I expected a better service.

Only part of the order was delivered rest of order was out of stock has been over a week now waiting for balance of order have phoned and emailed no reply back from customer services. They promise to call back within the hour but haven’t

Ordered 3 lengths of upstand , called to collect , the ones first offered was that far warped I rejected them , then given another 3 lengths which were in useable condition , upon getting them back to the job noticed 2 lengths where the pattern ordered the other completely different , had to return the next evening to change the wrong one , was then offered another warped length to replace again rejected that only to find out the previously rejected lengths are all the stock left , had to settle for the best one of the 3 and struggle to fit it due to warp

Refused to take the slabs to the back of the property as requested. Presumably they thought my 85 year old mother could do it herself.

first order from built was short of 3 items never sorted despite being promised it would never refunded either,second order from built arrived 4 hrs late,and third order from built,received wrong items again promised it would be sorted it wasnt nobody even bothered to call back despite being told by 2 seperate people they would needless to say wont be ordering from built again.

Delivey turned up nearly 2 hours late and didn't bring correct items. Had to wait over another 2 hours for delivey to be completed. Guys in the office couldn't get hold of the driver but they were pleasent to speak to. Delivery should if arrived between 8 and 10am but did not get complete delivery till nearly 4 pm. List a lot of timw on the job that day down to late and wrong deliveries. Would have rated a lot higher if delivery would have been correct and on time.

Delivery has become a issue as of late . Had 2 deliveries late in the last month and the stock holding is poor for a large builders merchants.

Delivery started very good. Had too many errors with delivery. No return calls, promise by company. I prefer to now buy from previous suppliers, even if it cost me more.
