“Delivery was between the time stated and the goods were left where we asked to be put the only thing I was not happy with was that three out of the six bags of post concrete had holes in the bags which allowed cement to spill out onto the drive.”

“The entire process from using the website right up to delivery was brilliant, everyone was friendly, helpful, and knew the products they are selling, the delivery driver was very professional and called us to let us know he was on the way. The only issue we had was the card payment facility, it would not accept our corporate card, despite this the order was dealt with and we paid by BACS”

“Purchased Silverstone plaster mixer for a good price, unfortunately the uni bond and skiming plaster was a out of stock so had to go elsewhere. Built are a good company but they need to keep up with consumer demand if they are going to sell products af a very competitive proce. Staff are friendly and did eventually honour my 10 % discount which was mentioned via telephone.”
