“Great fence panels and great customer communications. Good quality and arrived very quickly. My only complaint was that the panels were left blocking the door of my side passage that they had to go through. So, I had to lift and move all 15 of them twice. As a (smallish) woman on my own that made for a very difficult job.”

“The delivery driver and ease of order is very good. Just think the delivery costs are alittle high for what i ordered and the not including vat in the price when browsing is cheating alittle.”

“Needed some mdf sheets to line the inside of a workshop I was building. I decided on built as price was good and being able to pick the delivery slot which is guaranteed. Needless to say delivery was as expected and quality of materials was good. Only slight negative was I ordered 4 batons for extra support and one was quite clearly extremely warped and still sent out....delivery driver even noticed and said any problems to email but would expect material such as the one I received not to be sent out in the first place. Will return.”

“Visited the Built outlet in Aston a few days ago, first visit for me. Friendly staff, very clean site and positively easy to park inside of building, great when weather is bad keeping dry and warm. Only one thing I like to do when visiting building suppliers is to walk around and check out the wares, looking around often reminds me of things that I need other than the purchase just made, catalogues and computers do not do it for me takes to long to browse through.”

“Orderd material for collection, collected everything and next day realised all the timber sizes are wrong. Called built but since it was Saturday could reach them. Receive call back to check if I am happy with my order but when I informed timber lengths are wrong they were surprised. Arranged next day delivery for the item and collected the wrong items. Usually don't deliver item longer than 2.4 meters outside birmingham but because it was their fault accepted the mistake and delivered the 3.6 meter timber lengths to Coventry”

“My initial service was excellent. So much so that I wrote in to commend the customer services advisor. The majority of my materials were delivered at 10am on the Friday as requested and I would have at this stage given 5/5 and highly recommened Built. The delivery driver was just as friendly as the staff on the phone and I was thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately the large bulk bag of sand was missing, a mistake had been made and I was assured that it would be rectified. This was infuriating as I had help on site for the job and now it couldn’t progress. I was advised it would be delivered between 3 and 5, this was far from ideal as I lost the majority of that day but at least I could start first thing the next morning. I was not going to judge Built on one human error but instead on their ability to rectify it which all seemed in hand. Unfortunately this is where things got worse and why my review is far from 5/5. I got a call on the afternoon of Friday telling me they now couldn’t deliver. I was not at all impressed and somewhat angry that promises weren’t being kept a second time. I said that I NEEDED the sand first thing on Saturday morning but was told that wasn’t possible and in the end I didn’t receive it until circa 10pm This meant I lost at least 3 hours of my second day which after already losing a whole day prior to it I have not managed to complete the job and now need to return in a number of weeks leaving me to lose another weekend and the other person to have an unfinished patio for a number of weeks.”
